Different delivery address caused extended delay in credit card process. Resonator guitar was strung with regular guitar strings, VERY inadequate had to re-sting to play. Get with it boys, learn how to set up your products!

I've been a professional musician and roadie or "tech" to other musicians for nearly 30 years and highly recommend Musician's Friend. Prices are as good if not better than the competition and Musician's Friend really excels at service, too. I've ordered right off their website and ordered by phone. Either way, service is excellent and shipping has been fast with no delays. Highly recommended for both professionals and consumers, in my opinion.

Service and shipping on time was perfect, but I had to return it, because they sent me the wrong item. It's the first time that this has happened, but i will shop again at Musicians Friend, they have been very good for meany years

Other than a few back orders, in which one is still going on I like the service with Musicians Friend, and the Sale persons working. As far as using another company I do use others, but Musicians Friend gets the most busness. You guys have a better selection of goods. I will continue doing busness this way, so keep up the good work.

All I need is a couple of clamps.... In town stores don't have them either, so I'll need to get them at a Guitar Center (they always have them) but it's 40 miles away, so I have to make plans to take the time. Easier to order them and have them shipped..... I thought.... Backordered.

Musicians Friend uses Deceptive Business Practices.

My sweetheart purchased a fire wire interface with 2 years extra  warranty protection on it.  After babying this unit for 2 years I find it is not covered by any of the "extra" insurance we bought.  We bought 2 years of "extra" insurance and the unit came with a mfrs warranty of 1 year.  Doesn't that sound like 3 years of usable warranty/insurance?

Musicians Friend explains : their "insurance runs parallel with the mfgr's warranty for 1year of the 2 year coverage.  What?  how is anything "double" insured?  Clearly, this is a very misleading and intentionally deceptive business practice. 

My dollars are now flowing to other more honest internet businesses. Buyer Beware!

Overall, very good. Only one irritation... misleading info regarding when product was shipped and how long it would take to arrive. It arrived in perfect shape in a little more than a week and I've installed in my Les Paul with no problem. The tuners work great and are perfect matches for the originals. Ordering online was relatively easy and problem-free. I've placed other orders with Musician Friend and I've always been satisfied.

The experience was good. The quality of the guitar was marginal. I do admit I bought a very inexpensive one as a beginner guitar for a young boy. I just thought with the Fender name attached it might be a little better quality.
