My product was damaged enroute. I was notified of this by UPS. The product was shipped back but I was not notified of any replacement coming. I had to call and inform Lucky of the damaged merchandise and have them resend.

LuckyVitamin once provided great products and reliable, expedient service. Sadly, this is history. Not only do they send soiled, used, damaged products, their response time and responsibility for their errors is becoming almost litigious. Until recently, I spent an average of $400 - $500 per month at Lucky - one would think such a customer would have some value to them. Their customer service is either unavailable, nonresponsive, or condescending, to the point of expressing contempt for the customer. No one seems to be in charge - or if they are, think Wall Street. Greed has taken over.

The protein drink I ordered tasted awful- I selected it based on a review on the page stating it was delicious. Also, I'm not sure if I'm waiting on another package or not bc I got two separate shipping notices 2 days apart, but I may not be missing anything from the box- I have to check my order receipt. Took over 48 hours for items to leave shipping facility (almost 4 days). No updates in online system while preparing to ship and no customer service reply until AFTER the item had finally shipped simply stating, "I've checked on your order. It shipped."
Once shipped, items were easily trackable and arrived quickly and in good shape.

I am not sure what constitutes the difference in online vitamin purchases that one company can ship sometimes the same day or next day at the latest, and others, like Lucky Vitamin receive my order on payment on a Monday and do not ship until Thursday. And it takes a few days to get here. While they are a good company, I do find that I have to build in some lead time that I don't necessarily have to do elsewhere.

My first order for 4 bottles of enzymes was never shipped, so I waited for 3 weeks and finally my money was refunded. My second order although it was shipped and received on time contained bottles of liquid soap. One of the tops to the soap bottles (32oz) was not properly secured and the bottles were not properly packed, the bottles were strewn all over the inside of the box and soap leaked everywhere. Consequently I had to clean soap off the entire order which included 8 boxes of herbal tea so you can imagine how much tea I was able to salvage that did not absorb the liquid soap. I am not a happy camper and based on the two above experiences, I will not be ordering any more products. If you can think of a use for soap infused herbal tea, please let me know.

I saw that Luckyvitamin.com had a lot of bad reviews but decided to take the chance because of the great prices. I have to say, I have no complaints. Everything arrived quickly and as described. I had no reason to contact customer service, so I can't vouch for that, but my order was accurate, packaged nicely, and great prices!

Although good to great prices, delivery is not as promised. Orders do not ship in 24-48 hours especially if they don't have an item(even if they said it was in stock). Hope that you don't have any issues because if you do, like others have said, they really don't care and probably won't answer your emails after the first one. They always have a poor excuse and make the customer feel that it"s their fault and not Lucky Vitamins that you didn't get your order as paid for and placed. Very poor customer service!

This company is the worst of the worst! I had to wait SIX WEEKS to get an order that was SUPPOSED to take two to four days. They made up all kinds of lame excuses, but it still took over a MONTH to get my order. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!
I notice most of the ratings are either 1 or 2 stars or 5 stars. I think the 1 or 2 star ratings are by actual customers, based on my experience. I think those 5 star ratings and ridiculous glowing reviews were done by employees of Lucky Vitamins. I think that it's called Lucky Vitamins because you ARE lucky, if you get your vitamins from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! |

I am very impressed with Lucky Vitimin. The pricing is exceptional, the variety of products is impressive (although the clothing options are limited), and I love some features I've found unique to them. For example: When the product has shipped, the e-mail contains the tracking number. You only need to click on the number and it takes you right to the detailed shipping information, including expected arrival date to your place. I am not accustomed to sites that makes this part so easy. I'm getting spoiled!
I also appreciate how straight forward they are about whether or not a back ordered item will come back in stock and when. So far, it's a short period of time to restock -- if they can get the product again. And if they can't (usually because the manufacturer has stopped making the product) they tell you that, too. No games, which is quite refreshing, actually. I'm further impressed with their fast turn-around time for customer service replies by e-mail, and most importantly, the e-mail doesn't tell you to call customer service. No run-arounds. Again, something I'm not used to as an on-line shopper. I would strongly recommend giving this company a try. |

I have never had a problem with LuckyVitamin and have referred the site to others. In reference to the question did I receive the product in good condition, I answered no. Let me make it clear that this response in this survey is only in reference to the order I am complaining about. However, a purchase I made before the Christmas holiday never reached me within 48 hour period. Received email saying item may take longer than usual due to some adjustment that had to be made in warehouse for theholidays. Was later told item shipped by first rep I spoke with then received email 2 days later that it was shipped different day, sent two emails, no response. I was so disappointed because I really really needed the herb ordered for my pain. Finally after 18 days from original order, spoke with rep who said he would take care of order which still took longer than I wanted. I am expecting shipment tomorrow (1/11/12) and hope it arrives or this will certainly change my mind about LuckyVitamins.

I have attempted the same order three times, the final while speaking to an agent over the phone. I was advised of delays due to change in thier warehouse but was assured on the final call that I would recieve product. Each time my order still appears as an open order and has yet to be shipped, since beginning the process in in early December.
