their website www.irobot.com is very poor, hard to naviagte, could not find anyplace on there to place an order for accessories. I finally figured out on my own that I had to go to a different site - www.store.irobot.com - there should have been a very easy and clear way to find this link from their main webite. They are probably losing orders due to customer frustration with the irobot.com website.

I usually always purchase my Roomba products from iRobot. Often they have free shipping deals which makes it much more affordable to get replacement batteries, etc. which can be costly to ship. The web-site is easy to use and shipping is fast.

Ordered an iRobot on December 22 for a Christmas present thanks to the "promise" that it would be delivered overnight. Tracking number provided kept showing an error, so on Dec. 23, I called customer service, which assured me it was picked up by UPS and on its way. The tracking number still showed an error each time I tried to use it, so I contacted UPS, which showed no information on it at all. On Dec. 24, the tracking number finally showed it was on its way -- to be delivered Dec. 27! I contacted iRobot again and was told, basically, too bad. And then, after finally getting it and trying it, it wouldn't even remove a simple shoe scuffle in the middle of the kitchen floor. We are sending it back.

We purchased two iRobots. One Shiped and was receiveds on time and in goo condition. THe second was wraped as a gift and not opened until three day prior to Christmas. We found that one side of the brush / roller cover hinge was out of its bracket and could not be snaped back in place. The stationary portion of the hinge had been forced behind the base plate.
On returning it to the store, they took one look at the problem and immediatly replaced it prior to waiting on the next customer in line. I'm sure those in line were impresed with the service shown us..

Irobot.com website fails to show orders - says they don't exist so you have to call for tracking data. CS reps make promises but don't deliver. Initial order was lost, a replacement ordered and I was promises it would go out overnight and be delivered before Xmas but it arrived after the holiday 3 days late. Took repeated calls (b/c the website is so poor) to track the packages. I will never make a purchase from iRobot again.

However, I had to return the original Roomba for a replacement, and I was surprised that I had to pay for the shipping, which was over $15, considering the new Roomba I had purchased on-line was defective. That was a disappointment to me as a long-time buyer of iRobot products!
