The Item does not function. I e-mailed the company and told them about it and they ignored me and did not respond. This was only the first order. I had a shopping cart with 8 items ready to go but I first wanted to wait until I received this small order. I lost $50.00 They lose me as a customer and I would have spent over $1,000 on my next order.

This is nothing but a complete rip off!Notice there is NOWHERE to add customer reviews. That is because these thieves don't care about anything but getting your money. Then, if you have a problem they tell you "contact the manufacturer". DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS!!! There are plenty of reputable firms that may charge an extra percent or two but you will get what you order, when you order it, and it will work or THEY will handle it for you.

Most of the time this is a great vendor, fast ship no problems however on a number of orders that were delayed I was very unhappy with their customer service. They have a third party call center answering their phones and they dont have much information and all communication with anyone who actually can help you is through email, i found this to be very difficult, slow and frustrating.

I have made a mistake of ordering at Horticulture Source. They did to me exactly what other reviewers say. They back-ordered a $300 item (co2 burner) over a week ago and I have yet to hear from them. The order status is still "processing", there is no tracking number or any information about the shipment. The customer service would not respond to my emails and their contact phone is bogus (an answering service with a clueless rep who pretends to be their employee).
I make most of my purchases online and have quite an experience with different sellers and this is the worst shopping experience I had yet with an online merchant. I don't know how long it will take to retrieve the burner, if ever. I can wait, but the plants won't :( |

Do not order from these guys!! First they sent the wrong package which got 30 minutes from me only to be stopped and returned to sender. Then they shipped out my package to the wrong address, I live in iowa they shipped it to maryland. Not to mention there customer service is horrible, all i could get from them was basicly sorry this doesnt usually happen. REALLY wish i would have read the reviews on this place first!

Made 1 purchase, and everything went smooth.
Made a 2nd purchase, and the item came broken. Took 4 days to get a return label. Its been over 10 days and still have not received a refund. Poor customer service, and very, very slow. Will not buy here again! |

Almost perfection for the price and speed of delivery.
Only wish more 10-30 pc. mini. bulk lot sizes were available for pots, pumps, buckets, ect.
Great place to buy, and some of the Best prices on the Net, without all the Hype and price guarantees that turn out to be mostly smoke, and a Waste of Time.

I have bought from this store a few times. Shipping is way too expensive for the time frame it takes. Shipping was almost half the cost of the order and they didn't ship it for an entire week. Not worth purchasing from this merchant again.

Horticulture Source uses deceptive and possibly fraudulent credit card authorization practices. They charge your account before they get authorization. The charged the entire amount of my order to my bank account and then claimed that they did not get authorization for the transaction and refused to complete the order, despite the fact that the money was gone. Customer service failed to respond to my requests for attention to the matter in any meaningful way.

Do yourself a favor, find another retailer that has the product you're looking for. Thier customer service is the worst, and you simply cannot get them via telephone.
I ordered a snapture snapstand from these guys since their price was so low. When the package finally came, it was the wrong stand. I tried getting a hold of them via telephone,...have fun speaking to the recording, they simply do not accept telephone calls, only emails, which take them 24hrs to respond to. After explaining the error via email, one return label was sent to me, the problem is, it was two boxes. After one month of back and forth emailing, a second label was finally sent. After shipping back their screwed up order, I noticed no refund had taken place. I had to call and complain to get my refund processed. The kicker is that they refused to refund the shipping charges for the product they incorrectly shipped to me. Save your sanity, shop somewhere that appreciates your business. |

i have bought several thing from this site.... and i have had nothing but problems from the beginning. my first order i orderd a few things including a PH/PPm/temp monitor, when i tried to use it the ph meter did not work. so i cantacted them and they told me i would b refunded and they did
while all of that was going on i order 2 CFLs and a few water pumps and a heater, i revieved the order and it wasnt packed very well atall both lights were broken i contacted them and they basically told me that its not theyr problem and that they already took a lose on the meter i sent back because it had the wrong probe sent with it to me and the warrenty is up( how is a 1 year warenty already expired when i only bought it last month) if you use this site do not buy anything to expensive, complex or brake able because i bet itll b broken. i will never use this site again i lost around 300$ on 2 broken lights and the shipping costs of sending it back n forth trying to get my garden set up!!!!!! |
