Excellent customer service. When I was ordering my fishfinder I requested a chart for a different region so the sales staff reseached the possibility of making my request happen and they special ordered the product with the map coverage that I requested at no additional cost. The price on the web site was the price I paid for the merchandise with no hidden fees. This was my first shopping experience with them and it was very positive.
