Very disappointed with this online store. They charged me for  my order immediately yet they did not have the inventory of the test strips I ordered to manage my diabetes. It took them a week to notify me that they didn't have the inventory. So, I am being charged on my credit card and the credit won't show up until my next billing cycle.
When I wrote to them to cancel and complain they simply cancelled my order. They did not reply to my specific issues, nor even apologize. After using this company for many years, they've gone through some changes - taken away their frequent customer rewards, and obviously lost what was once their reliable customer service. Too bad... :(

I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered toe separators  on August 15, and the company was prompt to take my money. Two and a half weeks later, no product. I try not to bug companies because I realize they may encounter some difficulties now and then. I emailed finally, and was told the product was on back order, and, oh, gee, sorry they hadn't sent me an email telling me that.
One month after ordering, they told me it was still on back order. I cancelled my order, and they said they would refund. So far, no sign of that, but I'm waiting.... Let's see what happens.

worst. ordered 12 dermarest psoriasis here and they all expire within 2 months!!!! emailed them several times and did NOT RECEIEVE ONE SINGLE REPLY. do NOT buy from this store when you can buy from other online drugstores which have great customer service!!!

These folks are excellent.  The site is easy to navigate, the prices are outstanding and a quick web search will easily dig up a coupon code to save a bit more money.  I have sensitive skin and really appreciate Hocks.com for providing the specialty products I need at affordable prices.

I ordered a One Touch Ultra Mini Blood Glucose Meter Kit.  It arrived at my house within a reasonable amount of time.  The kit comes with the monitor, strips, lancet pen, lancets, storage pouch and a control solution that is used to check the monitor every week.  This solution expires.  I expected the expiration date to be at least a year but this one expires 2 months from now.  I sent an immediate email off to Hocks asking for some assistance regarding this.  It's been 19 days and no response from customer service yet. 
In addition, regarding the same order, 9 days ago I went to use my newly purchased One Touch Ultra Mini Blood Glucose Meter.  Guess what, dead battery!  I sent off an email to Hocks customer service and it's been 9 days with no response.  I'm feeling sure that I will never hear from them.
Beware of this company selling items that have been setting on the shelf till near expiration.

Hocks.com seemed like a good idea at first but when I received the wrong items, it was a pain from there on to get a refund. They gave me a refund minus the shipping charges, plus paypal charged me to receive the refund. No ones gets back to you when you leave messages. Then when you speak to someone they promise one thing and dont follow though. I would use someone else. What a pain. Never again will I use Hocks.com

I have been pleased for the most part with Hock's Pharmacy. The only problem in the past was that the insulin seemed to take longer than the two-day UPS delivery time. Also, the insulin was not cold when it got here. With this last order, though, I did receive it in a timely manner; and the insulin was cold.
