Orderd bels for sharp vacuum first week of Feb. 1 month later no belts, somI went to web site and tried to use phone # listed but it is useless. You van only leave messge or fill out a "ticket". the invoice they send you says you can check on the order....no use.
thankfully I paid using Paypal and was able to get a different phone # which was answered by a real person who told me the belts were back ordered. Imasked for a refund and he said they would credit my Paypal acct. we'll check and see, but overall their customer service is bad just because it is almost impossible to get any info through their web site. |

This is my first order with GoVacuum & I have a feeling it will be my last. They charged me for my order 4 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I tried calling them several times and get "subcriber mailbox is full - please try again later" no matter which option I choose.
I wish I had checked them out before placing my order; I can see several others who have complained of similar experiences lately. I'd like to cancel my order and get my money back, but I can't seem to reach anyone by phone or email! |

Awful customer service.I purchased a Cirrus CR99 Pet vac from them.When it arrived I opened it to find an invoice from someone who bought it and returned it because it was broken.They just shipped it straight to me still broken.Didn't even bother to take old invoice out of box.I called and immediately shipped it back.Tracking info said they got it 2 days later.I called them and was told they did not have it.No refund until they get it.After tons of calls they finally admit having it.Told me refund would take 24 hours.2 days later no refund.Called again and they knew nothing about a refund..They will tell you anything but the truth..Took almost 3 weeks to get refund..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

What a hassle and a waste of time dealing with this company.
I ordered a steam mop, which I received broken. I returned the broken product and received a SECOND BROKEN machine. I mailed back the SECOND BROKEN machine after I contacted the company to send me a return label since it was shipped without one. Two weeks after mailing I contacted the company to inquire about my refund. I was told they hadn’t received it yet. According to the tracking information it had. They had ‘misplaced’ my SECOND BROKEN machine! Seriously?! Frankly I’m shocked at the way this company does business. Shipping two broken machines and then ‘misplacing’ the return! What a joke. Don’t waste your time. |

Horrible experience. I ordered a Vapamore steam cleaner, and the product was packaged in such a way that it fell out of the box when I opened the shipping package. Parts were filthy (how can a brand new item be dirty?), and the bottom base was unhinged (and broken into dozens of pieces). Called about a refund, and was lied to about how long I had the product. Luckily I saved the delivery information to prove them wrong. If that was not bad enough they tried to tell me that they would not issue a refund because I did not send two small brushes (which was also a lie since I never even removed anything from the actual cleaner). Horrible customer service that never responded to emails, and even wrose dealing with them on the phone. I would avoid them at ALL costs.

The most horrible, and I MEAN HORRIBLE, customer service experience ever. I originally bought a Perfect P105 vacuum from them in October of 2009, it arrived a little late, but it did get here. After use of the vacuum for 3 months it broke.

My credit card was charged right away, full amout of the item purchased. After 5 days, when I didnt receive any shipping emai or such, I tried calling their customer service. First time no one even picked up the phone and then very rude, crass representative picked it up, shouted at me and then put me on hold. Finally talked to someone decent, and it came out that item was discontinued altogether. So trying to cancel my order and get my money back.

I think my shopping experience at GoVacuum Online Store was the first and the last one. I've ordered and cancelled an item on the very same day and moment (order confirmation from AMAZON.COM at 19:34; cancellation confirmation fom GOVACUUM at 19:39, telling I wouldn't be charged for that order). Here is GOVACUUM's e-mail:
"Dear Ana de Seabra, Your order has been successfully canceled. For your reference, here's a summary of your order: You just canceled order # 104-5716768-7467454 placed with GoVacuum on February 16, 2010. Status: CANCELED _____________________________________________________________________ 1 of Rainbow E2 Series Canister Vacuum Cleaner, New in Box We did not charge you for this order. Thank you for visiting Amazon.com!" This was on Februry 16th. On February 19th I've received an e-mail from GOVACUUM telling my stuff had been shipped! Later on I checked with my bank that I had been charged, too! I'd like to know who's going to reimburse me, how and when. Is it fair that I pay for GOVACUUM's mistake? Ana de Seabra |

I purchased a replacement dusting brush for my vacuum on October 1, 2009. GoVacuum has never sent so much as one email to me. I never received the item - this is now two and a half months! I have written to ask if the item was sent but they didn't reply.

Sent an email letting GoVacuum know that I did not get the cartrdge filter I had ordered. Instead I got 2 of the other filters I had ordered. Then the other day, I got a third set of the second filter and still no cartridge filter.
I shop online because I do not have time to screw around with this crap.

Kudo's to Sweeper City and especially to Ashley who made my shopping a pleasant experience.
Ashley called to inform me that the free shipping on my purchase amount had not gone in on the original order input and that she would credit the S&H back to me. This was done immediately with verification from my bank that the credit had been given.
The prices were very good, order arrived quickly and in secure packaging, and complete order was there.
It was apleasure doing business with Ashley and Sweeper City. I will recommend them to all and definately will buy again if I need this type of product.

There was never any indication or correspondence indicating that the part was not available, but backordered.
Only after making a call, and talking to some call center employee that hardly spoke English, did I know that the part was backordered. He assured me that the part was coming in either that day or the following day.
After another week of waiting, I made another call. I was again told that the part was backordered, and I'd e notified when it was shipped.
