I was leery ordering from Globalindustrial.com after reading all the negative reviews but my experience was outstanding in every way.  Great product selection. Great value. Great communication. Great delivery time.  What more can you ask for from an on-line seller? I would definitely buy from them again. I ordered a Fowler Caliper on 12/15/12 and it arrived on 12/20 even though it was sent from New Jersey to California.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES THAT WAS EQUIVALENT TO
MY PURCHASE. THEY CLAIM IT WAS A HOLD CHARGE!

I  FILED A COMPLAINT WITH VISA.  MY CREDIT UNION
 SAID THE EXTRA CHARGE MAY BE ILLEGAL!

I ordered an item from them and checked the tracking. It showed shipped right away to someone in Romulus MI. I live in Canada! I asked online help and they said it was a forwarder. 3 weeks later I sent 2 emails asking where it was and got no reply. Online help said it would be shipped right away and I'd get an email with tracking tomorrow. Days later nothing! Everything bad about this outfit avoid them.

Ordered some valves for my tires. Shipping took FOREVER. I finally got them after I sent an email inquiring as to where they were. Kind of funny how they showed up not long after that.

STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered a folding cart from them and never received any info. I had to call them to ask why it has not shipped. They told me they had to email the warehouse then said the item was back ordered. I canceled the order and a couple days later got an email that my order was shipped. They have no clue what is going on and I will open a dispute with Paypal. Luckily I paid through paypal and hope they can help me. I bought the product locally and now have another on the way if you can even believe that. They say it was back ordered but have 10 available on Ebay. Everyone should avoid this dump like the plage.I will refuse delivery if it ever shows up. The worst company I ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!! You have been warned!!!!

Ordered an item. When it arrived it was not the item which was shown on the website. They dragged their feet in issuing a return authorization. I returned the item TWO MONTHS AGO and still have not recieved a credit. Horrible company. Buy from them at your own peril.

I ordered a product, at a higher cost, from this site because it was "In Stock" and out of stock at other sites.  After 3 weeks I called to find out why it hadn't shipped and they told me it would not be available from the factory for almost 3 months. After explaining that I only purchased the product from them, because they showed it "in stock", I asked if they would cover the S&H (which at the other sites was free) or discount the price. They politely informed me that they could do nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience. 
Buyer beware!

I made an order on their site to be delivered by UPS and would arrive in two days.  After a 5 days I called to find out what happened to learn that they didn't have the item in stock, contrary to what the website claimed and that I would have to wait an additional week.  In a week I called again and they still didn't have it in stock and it would arrive in a week, when I was on vacation.  I returned from my 10 day vacation to learn that it still had not arrived and I called again.  They are currently trying to figure out what went wrong... a month later.

The customer service people are very polite, but the warehouse shipping people can't get their act together.

Secure site that offers a wide aarray of products.
Site was a bit cumbersom to use and navagate.
Pricing on on the high side for like items offered by other online retailers  when doing side by side price comparisons.
