This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and have now been without my D700 for three months and still have no idea when I will get it back.. I urge everyone who has had a problem with Fumfie to contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer affairs and get them involved. |

FumFie: You will not get the free starter package until after you receive your order and go through a bunch of BS. They sold me a memory stick they said was on sale but then switched me to full price and refused to refund me the difference. Not trustworthy!

There was a small mix-up in my order which was corrected by customer service quickly. I didn't appreciate the phone upsell after I ordered Online, but was glad they canceled the phone call order which was made without knowing exactly what I was ordering when the salesperson called me the following day after I had placed my Internet order.

The products arrived in good condition and there was great customer service. However I was not satisfied with the shipping. I paid for overnight shipping and received the product almost a week later. I didn't even receive my entire order at that point, and the rest of my order was late. It took three shippings for me to get my entire order over a time span of almost three weeks.

All the bad reviews here are accurate. I could write a book about my bad experience with Fumfie, but just read their reviews and they just about cover my experience. When all was said and done, I tried to cancel my order, and got into an arguing match with the manager. He finally hung up on us.
We called our credit card company to make sure it was reversed. When our credit card company contacted them, it was amazing how quickly we were refunded. |

The web site indicated that the product was in-stock and I paid $65 to have it delivered 2-3 days. Never received a call or e-mail with order status; so I called and the rep told me that the product was on back order and that it may be 1-2 weeks before shipping. The web-site still indicated in-stock. I needed the camcorder that week for my son's graduation. I understand how back orders work, but at least alert the customer about the status.

Initial transaction went very well but one inexpensive element was defective. FumFie customer service is virtually non-existant - LONG waits on hold, unanswered emails then defective card reader is finally replaced with the wrong type. What a dog and pony show.

It is completely a terriable experience.
Their handling time is super slow, even you choose "rush". I made a order 10 days ago, but no confirmation for shipping yet. Their customer service is terrible, if you want to call in for service(not for order stuffs), they can make you wait 15 mins to listen the music and then tell you call next time. I tried to reach them by e-mail they sent me for order, no one reply. |

Got my 5d markIII and love it. Nobody had it in stock till i found fumfie and sure enough 3 days later the camera was at my door. Now i finally have the camera ive been waiting for. I always read reviews and was scared to order from fumfie reading many forums and blogs. I did notice all those comments were more than 3 years old. Being their recent feedback was pretty good i took a shot being not one authorized dealer in the country had the 5d mark III. Im glad i took a shot, have a new source for all my camera needs. Will order the 70-200 canon l lens from fumfie as well.

"DO NOT BUY From FUMFIE. Worst experience online purchase ever. I ordered a Nikon D3100 for my BD gift. I order on 14th April received the package today (25th April). After many phone call. I was very excited to receive my new Camera. First open the box, It does not have the warranty card from Nikon manufacturer. I called Fumfie customer support. He said no-problem you just go register online. So I tried to do that but I can't because "the serial number on the camera is not valid because it's sale in GRAY MARKET". That was the message I got when I tried to register. I called them back again. I spoke with SEAN. He said the camera does not have Nikon-USA warranties but from them. I'm disappointed. These are not clearly specified in their advertisements. I want camera that has a guarantee by Nikon. I'd rather than spend $30 more then I can buy from others Nikon authorized dealers online. "

Fumfie's website is incorrect when it lists items in stock. Their sales staff have no idea what stock is available and what is currently unavailable, yet my credit card was charged immediately. After repeated calls, I finally got someone to tell me the item was on backorder, after checking the website again, the item still shows "in stock". This site, and their staff, should not be allowed to operate an online business. I finally cancelled my order, as of 8 days, I still have not received a credit. FTC and BBB are my next steps.

Worst Experience Ever! I ordered the camera online on a Tuesday and received an invoice that same day. The next day they called me to upsell everything I THOUGHT I was getting for FREE - telling me the items in the package won't even fit the camera I ordered! Then 2 more days go by - they've already taken the money out of my bank and the camera still hadn't shipped out - it is now another 4 days and I can't get a straight answer as to where the camera is and I'm being told the ENTIRE shipping department is in a meeting and I can't cancel my order! Buyer beware - DO NOT SHOP with FUMFIE - they are a deceptive, manipulative online store that should not be allowed to continue operating.

I have a terrible experience with this merchant. I ordered a Pioneer SC 55 receiver from them on December 09, 2011. They falsely advertised on their web site that it comes with one year manufacturer warranty. They call me next day and tell me that manufacturers warranty is not valid and sell me their warranty for 3 years. They promised that the product will be delivered before Christmas. I called them on December 22, and they tell me that the product has been shipped and will arrive on December 26. On December 27, I called them again and their response is that the product is out of stock and that their manager will give me a call. No call from their manager. I called them again at month's end. I talked to Sean and he tells me that he will talk to the manager. Finally sean calls me again that they dont have this product and some receivers might be coming in on January 3. No product on january 3 and I finally cancelled this order. Overall, it was a terrible waste of my time and a big hassle.
