My daughter told me about FragranceNet.com over a year ago. Both she and I have ordered from them numerous times and have never experienced a problem. Yes they charge your card immediately as most stores I deal with do. I receive my orders in a week to week and a half, always well packed. We've ordered Pink Sugar, Dare, Light Blue, Shock and I forget the others. They were, are, authentic and well priced. I will continue to use them and am very happy to have found out about them!

poor customer service, this is the second time I called them, and the agent didnt let me finish what i say, she got an attitude.
I usually do all my orders online, but when companies run promotions, their online ordering system doesnt work well, so I tried to call them to get my items, the agent didnt let me finish my concern, and interrupted me immediately, and when I tried again, she said:" I was telling you......" you DO NOT SAY THIS TO A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! You appologize and offer a solution, I was anyway ready to place my order even if they said the promotion has ended.... too bad for them yes I love good prices, but I better pay for full price and get respect. will not purchase fromt them again, ULTA here I come |

I tried to order a product. My shipping address differs from my payment address and the payment was declined. I tried a few more times then I called the customer service line and was told by the customer service lady that my address was known as that of a fraudster. What a rude lady. Unbelievable! I found the same product on stawberrynet.com a few hours later and called them to place my order. The quality of customer service couldn't have been more different. They understood my situation and promptly shipped my order. I have re-ordered with them many time because their service is great. I will never buy from fragrencenet now.

What to say ...
I hadn't read this site, but I'm hopefull others read before they buy ... these guys are AWFUL!! I found these guys through Amazon and placed my order ... got charged right away, or course ... got an email with a tracking number a week later ... then no updates to the tracking number ... another week and I contacted CS ... they assured me it was on the way and would be delivered in a day ... even though the tracking info still showed waiting for item ... nothing ever showed up ... finally just told their CS to cancel and refund my $$ ... another week and no credits to my card, so disputed the transaction ... This company is messed up!! How can you have such highs and lows in reveiws ... I've heard of Bi-polar, but this is ridiculous!!! Buyer beware!!! they'll waste your time and try to keep your money!!! |

Ordered 3 perfumes from here. 2 were genuine. The Marc Jacobs Lola was a fake. The bottle seemed legitimate however on closer inspection there was no batch number at the bottom of the bottle. The smell was very weak and only lasted 1 minute. I think this company is deliberately selling fakes alongside genuine perfumes to make it much harder for customs to detect. Lesson learnt that was my first and last online shopping for perfume experience. I just don't understand why the names behind these perfumes aren't doing anything about this? You are taking a gamble shopping with this company, sometimes you will win, sometimes lose. The odds ate against you though.

I am wondering where these people bring their products from?? I ordered 'la prairie' cream deluxe and thank God, I chose to pay by paypal. When I called 'la prairie' to ask if Fragrance net is a legal distributor, they answered no and the problem is that they gave me a 20% off the product (from $335 to $268) while the original price of the product is not less than $410. I am afraid they re using the name of the brands to sell cheap quality.

Purchased VV Platinum Roberto Verino and Il Bacio both eau de parfum. Very dissappointed , I still have these fragrances I purchased in Italy, they last all day. The Fragrancenet versions lasted only one hour. They smell the same and are packaged the same but thats where the similarity ends. As for advertising free shipping because my order was over 70$ don't get me going; even though I was on the UK site and they quoted it in GB pounds that it would be free, the minute I pressed submit up popped £11.50 postage. On complaining, of which I had sent three emails before I got a reply, I was informed I had to live in America.

I wanted Glo by Jlo and Coty musk for men..read the fragrancenet reviews, didnt like what I read, except for one review that praised them..ordered and received my package w/no probs or complaints to tell.ordered on the 20th and received it today, the 26th.Let me go on to say that I originally ordered the Coty Musk for men by it's self, but realized after placing my order I'd be overdrawn on the card I used, so I called Fragrancenet to cancel my order immediately and customer service was polite and efficient in sending Paypal back my cash..Fragrancenet, thanks for not being as horrible as some/most of your reviewers made claim, and it was a delite doing business with you..

The fragrance I ordered was old product and had a stale smell...unuseable. BIG RIP OFF! Was not able to get an RMA to even return in for credit.

I came on here only after I made my order with fragrancenet and I'd basically written off my purchase as everyone's reviews said they recieved fake goods. In the meantime, I decided to buy the product (Creed's Green Irish Tweed) at a department store at a vastly higher price and resolved never to be so naive again as to think I could get something for nothing.
However, today my product arrived and it is GENUINE! I know this because I've obviously got a department store bottle to compare against now! I got the 75ml tester at a price of about £60 as opposed to £143 from the official Creed online store (and from John Lewis). I understand many others have had bad experiences, but I've no complaints. I'm just about to make my next order! |

The company, FragranceNet.com, sent me a fake skin care product. Do not order from this company! I ordered SK II and received a leaky bottle of something which wasn't SK II. Funnily enough the customer service was satisfactory as I had contacted them wondering where my order was and I received a prompt and courteous reply. This company is an expert at selling fakes. I wish I had read the many warnings circulating the net before placing my order.

I sprayed Terre d'Hermes from a bottle at Sephora--a REAL fragrance merchant's store--and the scent stayed with me for hours. Later, I went home and sprayed myself eight times with the supposed same product ordered through Frangrancenet.com--within ten minutes all the aroma disappeared! I sent several e-mails to the manufacturer. They first off denied any business arrangement between themselves and this bogus online store WHICH OUGHT TO BE PROSECUTED UNDER UNDER ANTI-COUNTERFEITING LAWS. Further e-mails demonstrated Hermes' unwillingness to chaaracterize what Frangrancenet sells as counterfeits--for whatever reason (unwillingness to go legal, or maybe a case is already pending?) We have a place here in Lower Manhattan, NY, where Fragrancenet.Com should be doing business. It's the counterfeit district on Canal Street. What I paid $35 for through Fragrancenet is available there for $15. As for the people who rave about the Web site, they either have limited experience in buying real fragrances, they have no sense of smell or they are employees of Fragrancenet.com

Tempted to buy perfume on the internet? If it looks too good to be true - that's because it is! www.FragranceNet.com don't deliver or refund money!
I ordered through them and was surprised that the money left my bank account immediately. I thought this was a good sign as they aren't allowed to take money until they have shipped the goods. No goods arrived. The Tracking Number they gave me was bogus. They then said they'd refunded my money. No such luck. It's been a month since they took my money and I am obviously struggling to get them to talk to me. Their local Police Dept is my next port of call. |

I see all these horrible reviews and it breaks my heart. I bought a bottle of Usher for women, which I have purchased at department stores many times. I got quick delivery and a great price and the fragrance was just the same as the department store bottles. I was just about to order another bottle of a different fragrance and saw all the horrible reviews. Now I'm alittle concerned and afraid to even try to order again. Will I be one of the lucky ones 2 times in a row? Is it worth the risk? For all of you that got ripped off I'm sorry. I was very satisfied with my order, delivery, cost and product. I will try it again and let you all know it is a fluke.

Ordered expensive fragrance in plenty of time for Christmas; received wrong fragrance; waited 30 minutes on hold, got a return authorization and a promise they would overnight the correct fragrance as soon as they received the wrong one back, along with a suggestion that I track the return and call them back to make sure all was well. Shipped and tracked the return, called them, spent another 30 minutes on hold, and then was told they don't ship overnight and that they could process the order in 2 to 4 days -- thus missing the holiday. Do not do business with these people -- they either a) do not communicate their polices clearly to their employees, b) leave policy to the whims of their employees, or c) don't have any policies in place.

I am a customer from England. I placed an order and noticed that my credit card was immediately debited. Nothing arrived after 14 days. I chased them up and they asked me to wait another 7 days - still nothing arrived so I told them and they then credited my account - I notice that I lost out on the currency exchange.

Don't shop at this website. I ordered a bottle of an Escada fragrance @ $50+. They took my money, but never shipped my order. When I sent an email asking where my order was, they sent me an order cancellation notice, saying my credit card did not go through....funny, I watched the amount deduct from my bank account instantaneously. I have asked for my money back, they keep giving me a runaround. I am thinking about filing a criminal complaint against them for consumer fraud, but first will ask my bank to reverse the charge. You cannot take someone's money then refuse to make the transaction good. Ugly ugly ugly!

I'd been looking for a particular cologne for my husband that I can't find up in Canada anymore. I was hesitant to purchase it online from a company I'd never heard of. The shipping ended up costing me more than the actual product, but the product was so cheap, it was worth it.
It arrived fairly quickly (considering it had to cross the border), well packaged, and even came with some free samples. The product was new, and smelled exactly like it should. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them, and will use them again if we can't find the cologne up here again. |

FragranceNet is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not bother spending your hard earned cash with them if you expect your issues to be responded to. Yes RESPONDED... they can't even reply to a simple email let alone deal with the issue. "Automated emails" is all you're going to get I'm afraid, you'd be better off typing the issue into Google because at least you would get a response. It's clear they don't value their customers at all!!!

Very disappointing experience. The cologne bottle arrived with no label on it. Unwrapped is one thing, but no label??? the bottle was not full, an inch was missing of liquid.
When I tried it, it smelled like rubbing alcohol. It was definitely not the cologne brand name I had asked for. It smelled nothing like that. What did they out in that bottle? As for remedy, the company said I could "return it". That is, mail it back. Yeah right, I should drive 10 minutes each way to the post office, stand in line, etc. ooh ooh wait for mailing label. The onus is on the buyer to go to all that effort to return it. Why not just credit my credit card instead and save me the labor. My time is valuable. I should rewrap the package??? Oh well, buyer beware. In the meantime, daily emails flooded my email box. Unsubscribe, all you trusting folks. I did. Discounts are not always what they purport to be. Something stinks here, and it ain't perfume (Old saying)! |

I ordered Absolutely Me by Escada after not being able to find it in stores in Canada. The link for the seller came through Amazon.com so I figured it would be safe to use. The shipment came packaged properly and the scent has lasted 3 hours so far. Was given 15% discount for first time order so I ended up getting the bigger bottle. After 3 days I was given a shipment confirmation. I got this on a monday and was told I'd have it by friday. Well friday came around and finally Canada Post had it in the system as being received. Other then that I'm pretty happy. I was going to email customer service but the item was finally actually shipped so I didn't bother.

Horrible. Charged my credit card without ever shipping items. Delayed my order without explaination. Rude customer service unwilling to provide any ship date. All items in order were marked as "in stock". I ended up having to dispute charges with my credit card company. First time I ever had to do that. Stay away!

OK - they aren't a scam but is 10 months a reasonable time to wait?? Got a mysterious package in the mail yesterday, found it to be the cologne I ordered 10 months ago. Well packaged and original stuff. Yeah, I do live in Aussie land but I could walk to the States in 10 months so no excuse for taking so long and FragranceNet would do well to sort this issue out as it affects their reputation. As for me - I received a $$refund from them so now I will sit and mull over the conundrum of 'fessing up' that the goods finally arrived :o) Dave

We ordered 3 colognes through FragranceNet, 2 of them were reasonably priced. The 3rd, Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce, we were charged the equivalent of a 3.4 oz (we paid $79.19) but got a 1.7 oz bottle. They did have it labeled as 1.7 oz

I have ordered from FragranceNet.com several times and always received the genuine article. But what they sent me on my last order, for Cassini perfume, was clearly not genuine. The box of perfume was not wrapped in cellophane, the tissue paper around the bottle was all crumpled and wadded up, the bottle was missing the signature blue string and seal around the neck, and the perfume itself smelled of manure! When I called Customer Service, I was given a return authorization, but the rep told me that she couldn't guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen again if I reordered!! Although I had asked to have my return shipping costs reimbursed since contrary to their advertising they had clearly sent me a fraudulent item, they reimbursed me only for my initial purchase price.

I ordered a perfume and less than a month later the nozzle breaks while spraying it, I called CS and she told me there was nothing that they can do for me after I explained that the bottle is almost full. She said she would ask a supervisor and would email me back that night. Took 1 week to recieve an email asking me to measure how much was sprayed (which is ridiculous) but I did it then had to wait another 3 days to recieve a email that states"Unfortunately, the return cannot be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience." So now I have a full bottle of perfume I cant use. POOR customer service! First of all their product was defective and 2nd of all they do not chane it. never again!

Placed Order on Wed 12/15/10, email received same day stating it was in the warehouse. Called customer service, waited 17 mins to have my call answered. Asked when it was going to be ship said today 12/17/10. Asked what shipping company they use said it was not available until it was shipped, They use multiple companies.
I asked when i might received it they said 5-7 days??? With out asking me where i live? Trying to push me off the phone as to my 17 mins on hold she was not going to get me off that fast. I would have to say I would not order from them, even with "the coupon" 15 % off not worth hanging to know if it will arrive or not. I recommend Scentiments.com they are so so much better. |
