I recently purchased a white Aaron Rodgers jersey from this company.  It claimed to be a Reebok jersey.  When I received it, the dark green was not the Green Bay green, the trim around the collar was not the green/white/gold striped that it was supposed to be.  The Reebok emblem is printed on the sleeve but the jock tag, collar tag are CLEARLY not Reebok.  So it's a fake.  I contacted customer service(less) and brought it to their attention hoping for a correct replacement or refund and they just blew me off in their response and aren't offering to replace it or remedy the situation.  I did buy a t-shirt from them that was fine but the $70+ jersey is an obvious fake and they don't care enough about their customers to fix a problem.  DO NOT buy from them.

I will not shop here again.  The store is fine if you have no issues with your order--so if you feel lucky go for it.  In my case I sent an item back to exchange for a different size.  Instead of exchanging the item they gave me a refund--minus $6 for shipping it back to them.  So I basically paid for shipping twice and ultimately didn't even receive the item I originally ordered.  There are many other retailers out there that don't charge for returning items--i would recommend finding one of those.  You can never tell when ordering on-line so there is  decent chance you will need to send something back for return/exchange.  And don't for a minute think that what they charged me for shipping is their actual cost!

Last year during X-mas I placed an order Football Fanatics for the San Francisco 49ers Black Pleather Varsity Full Zip Jacket for my teenage son's present.  It arrived on time, and all looked well.  But when my son opened it on Xmas morning, he was happy, but mentioned that there was an "A" patch on the sleeve, when in fact it should be a "N" patch, for the conference division.  I was totally surprised, but he thought it was EXTREMELY funny, and he chose to keep it.
So, this leads me to believe they are selling counterfit products!!  I had previously ordered some Kings merchandise and some Raiders merchandise also.  I was satisfied with those purchases, but now I wonder if they too are counterfit.
I will never again place an order through Football Fanatic.  And that is unfortunate for them as I buy fan apparell and merchandise for all several family members.

I just ordered a Boston Bruins Chara jersey for my son last week. (The $150.00 one)  Football Fanatics verified my order in an e-mail within a half-hour. It was shipped the next day and I received it like they promised within 3 days UPS. I was very pleased with their products and service and would not hesitate to order sports clothes again from them. Awesome!

Company’s Fan Cash System is bogus and flawed.  If you return an item you will lose the fan cash completely.  Even if you placed multiple items on the order.  They also charge you $5.50 for returning items.  So be careful with these folks.  Not an ethical bunch.  I hope my alma mater stops doing business with them.  I will be recommending that to them.  Their customer service reps are VERY rude.  Don't bother asking for a supervisor. They will just cause you more heartburn.  Also, another indicator of being unethical (“red flag”) is they operate under multiple website names.

I had an excellent shopping experience on Football Fanatics website as I had been looking for a Youth jersey with no luck until I came across this site. Not only did I find the jersey, I also added a team shirt that I had given up on finding. Needless to say my Son will enjoy his Birthday even more now as I was able to find the items he had hope to receive on his Birthday. Save yourself the time and trouble and buy elsewhere.  Customer Service was anything but.  Incredibly rude from Hello and can you believe when I asked for my money back she hung up on me.  Unreal.  Their system is broken, if item is out of stock they dont bother to notify you, instead they keep your money and wait for you to figure out it didnt actually go.  Which is deceiving because their system is set up to print a shipping label prior to picking the item which generates a shipping notice  Only if you drill into the notice to find the the comment "Label generated, nothing was picked up".

Horrible with returns!  I sent in a return a month ago and still have not been credited my refund.  I have contacted the site numerous times and they just send me a generic email response stating it takes about 10 business days.  I will never order from this site again for fear if I don't like something or it doesn't fit i will not get my money back!!!

I did enjoy the Football Fanatics website as it was easy to navigate and offered a wide assortment of items. The stocking cap I ordered is something I would order again, but the shorts and the performance polo shirt were unacceptable for the price. The polo was a very thin and cheap material compared to other performance polos I have purchased and the shorts were of an OK quality, but not for the price.

Looking for the U of Missouri Reyn Spooner Hawaiian button down shirt. You only had to size S & M. Looking for L. No one had that shirt larger than Medium. Big dissapointment.

Everything was very easy to go through and shop. The website was very easy to navigate around. My only complaint is that when I received my box, it was pretty much open. The tape holding the box shut was not even holding the box shut. I just think if I'm going to pay $4.99 for shipping when my order was well over $350, that my box should be taped shut. It made me triple check if anything was missing. Someone could've easily went in my box and took things out because the box was open. Other than that, everything was nice and very soft. Love the material.
