FansEdge is a great website. The only thing that I was confused about is the shirt says tie-dye in the description but when I got it, it did not look like the picture. Hopefully after I wash it, it will have the tie-dye look.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! worse customer service ever!!!! They sent me the wrong item, then no longer had the item I wanted. and I had to pay to return the item! awful experiance. Spent hours on the phone and no one was helpful they just continually lied! Had to call in five different times and when they said they'd call me back it never happened. I will NEVER purchase from them again and do NOT recomend them. There are plenty of other much better options for the same thing.

The hat I received is defective. I want a replacement with no return shipping charge, but the website does not mention free returns for defective merchandise.
Also, the hat appears to be sold-out which leads me to believe that they deliberately sold a defective hat to deplete their stock.
I haven't called yet, but I am not happy with FansEdge and if this isn't resolved I'll buy future hats elsewhere.

The only negative concerning my past 3 shopping experiences online was the fact that there were many throwback jerseys that were out of stock because of the Christmas shopping being done or the jerseys I was looking for were not offered or not carried, like Roger Staubach, Ken Anderson, Don Meredeth,for example. Overall, though, I had no bad experience. Thank you & Happy New Year.

Absolutely the worst online buying experience I have ever had! My original order was placed, confirmed and PAYED FOR. A week later, I was notified that the item was sold out. I order an alternative, which was also confirmed, paid for, etc. After waiting 2 weeks, I had to call and ask for status, since I had not yet received shipping info. I am assured that the item "will ship tomorrow."
Two days later, I get notified that the 2nd item is sold out! Now I am left with nothing, except the pleasure of waiting for credits on both items. FansEdge is aweful, don't use them! There are too many alternatives out there to risk tying your money up with these halfwits. |

The only problem I had related to being told that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and would be shipped sometime in January. Being that my order was obviously for Christmas gifts, I would have liked if the Company had informed me immediately upon receiving the order that the item was not currently available and given me the opportunity at that time to select another item or to adjust my total purchase.

They store is doing false advertizing. They can't deliver before christmas. They probably don't have the jersey in stock, since the 5 days delivery promise transforms in a 3 WEEKS delivery time. Don't beleive their automatic email that you'll receive shortly a tracking number for your order.

Ordered a Baltimore ravens ray rice jersey for my son for xmas. When i received the jersey it looked nothing like the image and did not fit the description. After talking to a number of different incompetent employees we were told it was an advertising error. Amazing that every jersey on the site has the same image. This company is stealing people's money with false advertising. I have contacted amazon (the site that referred me to fansedge) The local news in Chicago in which they are based, nfl licensing department and Reebok to see if the jersey they are selling is even actual made by them as i have been unable to find a jersey anywhere online that looks like the one i received. So thank you fansedge for ruining my 9 year old sons xmas. Buyer beware do not spend your money here . . . .

I would not recommend anyone to EVER use this site! This place is freaking ridiculous! Customer support is a lie, you order something and it will sit in the warehouse for a couple of weeks before they decide its good for them to send it! I bought a jersey and paid for the overnight shipping expecting to have it on either Friday or Saturday because I purchased it on a Thursday around 4:15 and when I check the status to see where its at currently in shipping since its Sunday and not here yet, it hasn't even been processed! Are you kidding me? I paid $30 extra for nothing?! Not only have I never been so ripped off I am definitely requesting my money back (Why not? It hasnt even processed yet!).

Sizing was off. I bought a youth size and it was very large on an adult woman (sleeves were extremely long). I returned the package promptly for an exchange. It has been 2 weeks since they received the return and I'm still waiting for them to ship the correct size. I paid for these items a month ago with the original order. The wait time for this exchange is ridiculous. Customer service couldn't help me.

Don't buy from this site!!!!! I ordered an NHL Locker Room framed print and it came today.....with the frame very poorly put together and busted in two places. Very, very disappointed with the garbage I received. I will NEVER order from FANSEDGE again! This was supposed to be a xmas gift and have no time to return and get a replacement. Will buy a new frame for it. All they did was 'slap' this item together and shipped it. Not worth it at all.

i've read all the negative comments here, but still gave it a go ordering single track jacket just to check it out. I live in eastern europe and to my surprise dhl guy knocked to my door after 1 week. Jacket exactly the same as in picture, correct size aswell. Next time i'm takin a whole bunch of those. Fansedge is now my nr.1 site regarding sports.
