?Written several e=mail asking for a return phone call. Never received. Tried to explain the bar does not fit my particular vacuum. The br from the end of roller to where the belt goes is too long by about 1/4" Could not relate to company through e-mail. Part is being sent back. with a note in the package. Poor customer service.

I odered a part for my Kirby Sentria on Sears.com and did not realize I was actually ordering from EZVacuum.com.  I had paid for one day delivery.  Three days later I recceived NOTHING. I contacted Sears.com customer support three times and three times they told me to contact the merchant EZVacuum.com.  My credit card has been charged and I do not have my ordered part.  I tried contacting EZVacuum.com three times via emal and twice via telephone.  No response.  I am now going to dispute the charge with my credit card and file a complaint with BBB and the Ohio Attorney General's office.  Steer clear of this company!

I ordered 20.00 of vacuum bags and never received the delivery.  They refused to refund or resend the item.  They claimed that since USPS stated it was delivered, there was nothing else they could do.  What type of customer service is this?  USPS has made mistakes before.

Ordered Hoover vacuum bags from this company. The first picture that 'popped up' indicated 9 bags for $8.99. However, the company only sent 3. Upon following up, I realized that while the picture depicted 9 bags, once you clicked on the order, only a 3 bag order was processed. The company admitted using 'stock images' from time to time but was unwilling to send the remaining bags. While I should have caught the discrepancy between picture and actual order submitted, the practice of using stock images that are different from the actual order, is highly deceptive, and I will not order from EZVacuum again.
