Very poor customer service.

DO NOT order from this company.  They have very poor customer service.  I ordered Christmas cards and they shorted me 20 envelopes.  They will not send me the envelopes because they said it was past the 45 day exchange/refund time limit.  I did not ask to return or exchange, just wanted the envelopes I had PAID FOR!  This was their mistake and they are not taking responsibility.  I have been a loyal customer for several years but I will not order again.

Expedited shipping is a JOKE

I am extremely disappointed in Exposures.  I ordered something on April 2 and selected the expedited service that said 2-3 business days.  I checked the tracking number and it's not scheduled to arrive until April 9.  That is A WEEK.  Brittney, the customer service rep, said that I did not take into account the processing time.  WHAT THE HELL?  When someone orders expedited service, and it says 2-3 business days, they think it will ARRIVE in 2-3 business days!  I ordered another item from Costco that same day I ordered from Exposures, and guess what? It arrived in 2 business days.  Exposures REALLY need to change their website.  At the drop down menu when it says the option of 2-3 business days, it should say WHEN the item is scheduled to arrive.  We live in a day and age where 2 days of processing is ridiculous.  It should have been sent out that day.  That was the first and last time I'm ever doing business with Exposures.

Disappointing Product and Service

My sister sent us a large personalized photo/memo album. We have only just opened it now as we were living abroad, however were disappointed with the quality.

First, the printing on the album is of very poor quality. It's essentially cheap ink that was smudged.

Second, we have not even removed the "protective" cardboard and elastic bands covering the pages within the album, but looking into it can see that quite a few of the pages are bent and damaged. Several in the center where the bending/damage has occurred are folded and ripped.

Again, this is the first time we've even looked at this gift and were very surprised at the compromised quality. Because we live abroad we opened it after the 45 day return policy. The company has refused to either reimburse my sister, replace the item, or give us a store credit. We are very disappointed both in the product and the integrity of the company.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Don't Order from Them!

I have had a horrendous experience with this company trying to order a Christmas ornament. I ordered the "Picture Perfect Post Card" about a week before Thanksgiving. It arrived around December 10th. They misspelled on of my daugher's names on the back of the postcard and the background color of the picture was off. I called customer service the same day I received the item to receive a replacement with the correct spelling of my daughter's name. I was assured it would be done and they would upgrade the shipping so I would receive it in time for Christmas.
I called again a few days later to check on the status and they said it was still in process. I spoke with a Manager who said he would send it overnight to ensure I received it. Well I received nothing as of two days before Christmas. So I called again and was informed the replacement item somehow got "hung up" in the their system and never even went into production!!!! I just cancelled the order and then they tried to offer me a gift voucher as if I would ever order from them again!!

DON'T ORDER FROM EXPOSURES!

Exposures is WAY behind the times for online retailers. They charge insanely high shipping rates based on item price rather than weight so you can pay $15 or more to ship a tiny ornament or charm. They charge lots of miscellaneous "processing and handling" fees so check your order carefully. They are SLOW SLOW SLOW. I recently ordered two items at the same time, but shipping to different addresses. They charged me extra to do that even though one was personalized and one was ready and in stock, so they should not have shipped out at the same time anyway. The whole process took four times longer than they estimated and whenever I would call, I got..."I'm not sure why you are having this problem" "We're just very busy right now" "The warehouse is closed on weekends" etc. HELLO!!! It's 2010. I'm not interested in your internal problems. Place an order with Amazon and see what real customer service looks like!

Very, very, very disappointing!!!!!

Please, please, please try to find another store! I have been very disappointed with Exposures (online, and mail order). There was NOT a single time that they didn't screw up my order.

I ordered a custom ornament from them in October 2004. In December I was told that the item was on backorder so I decided to cancel it. I thought, problem was solved.

In January 2005, they emailed me saying that the item has been shipped, and they charged my credit card the following day. Weeks have passed, I haven't received anything! So I phoned them asking for a refund. I was told that they will send me the check in the mail. Up to now, I haven't received anything yet. It's been quite a hassle calling them almost every week since!!!

Disappointing

Ordered a custom photo charm that is done by one of their vendors. Exposures cannot track this item once the order is placed with the vendor and they are unable to obtain a status from their vendor. Was promised for Christmas if ordered by 12/8. Ordered on 11/27 and am still waiting for the product on 12/22. Have called customer service several times only to be told that they don't know the status because it is at the "drop-shipper." Finally spoke with a supervisor who was pleasant but not very much help. Their process with outside vendors is clearly broken.

Overall satisfaction is very negative.
