I am extremely pleased with the quality of the merchandise I ordered, but my order was delayed (for reasons I have yet to be told) and I had to contact customer service. Once I made the contact, the order was completed quickly, accurately, with follow-up messages about shipping and tracking information, which was so helpful. I just wish I hadn't had to initiate contact with customer service FIRST before my order was completed.

I have purchased equipment the last 2 Decembers. Both were done very professionally & quickly. I searched for a 40Lb Wt Vest & could not find one. I did find a 20Lb Vest, although not what I wanted, I purchased it. I'll just have to make do with it. Some questions of this survey I could not answer as the vest was ordered several days ago & I haven't received as of now. Will I order from them again? Yes. No problems as of now. Company seems very professional in the way they do business. I would rate them very highly. Not their fault they didn't seem to have the specific item I wanted.

Somewhat disappointed. I immediately received an order acknowledgment, but have not yet received any further communication. I do not know if the order has been shipped, nor do I know when it will be shipped. That information would be good to know.

 esportsonline, says they have items in stock and ready to ship. They also say you can expidite the shipment. Both these statements are lies. I made a purchase from them for an item they said they had in stock. They also said I could expidite the shipment. They still have not shipped the item and don't know when it will be shipped. There were other sellers who I could have bought from and had the item shipped by now. Got 3 different answers from 3 different customer service reps, when I called.
As of today they are still representing they have items in stock, which they do not have and can't ship.

Told me the product was in stock. As I still have not received a tracking number from them or the manufacture of the product, this was a lie. They also told me they could expidite the shipment. That was also a lie. Calls to their customer service department are useless. the people they have answering the call don't even know when the product is being shipped. Read back emails that I received from them to the customer service rep and he could not find them in their system. Anyone considering them as a source, should stay away.

The shipping cost was extremely high because you only ship UPS. I cancelled the order because of that. I think you guys should consider parcel post delivery if customers want it. The shipping costs are much less.

We were a little confused by the discount and finally thought that perhaps our 25% discount was taken before the pricing was added. If it wasn't, then we did not receive the advertised discount.

The website is easy to use and I recieved the product very quickly. My only gripe is that the package was inadequate and basically in pieces when it got to my door. Packaging for dumbbells needs to be much better.

For some reason my credit card got rejected and they sent me an online notice accordingly. So I had to call today to find out what the problem was. They couldn't tell what the problem was but re-ran the card, which worked this time. So I haven't received the product yet. All in all the process went well.
