I have used eofficedirect for the multiple large deliveries of office furniture. This was the first time that I had extremely poor delivery service. Several times delivery drivers failed to show, claiming that we refused delivery of furniture. Upon arrival several pieces were damaged and needed to be returned. I was extremely disappointed on my most recent order.

Merchant does not have adequate description of merchandise. I purchased a $900.00 dollar desk and a $400.00 dollar file cabinet and am unhappy that it came made from particle board. If I would have known that before the purchase, I would have chosen a different brand or model. eOfficeDirect could get better specifics about the items they are selling.

The only thing that I did not like is the printable receipt at the end of my purchase did not have HOW I purchased it. Bookcase was delivered the very next day after I ordered it, quick service, thx! The only complaint that I have is when the delivery guy brought into office, he left the bookcase in the box. It took 3 of us in the office to open up. But more importantly, if there was damage to the bookcase I wouldn't be able to tell. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase, thx!

The filing cabinet had a small dent which most likely occured when the shipper strapped the box too tightly inside the truck. A minor change in packaging may prevent this from occuring as well. The transit time was amazing. Received the product the very next day after ordering.
