BEWARE of elitefixtures.com!!! They've had FOUR complaints with the Better Business Bureau and completely lied to me about an order!! You tell me if this is a bait and switch:
I ordered 2 16-light chandeliers, they sent me me 2 5-light chandeliers. I contact them about the error. First, they LIE and say the SKU # was listed wrong, but I point out it WASN'T as is shown on my order, so they can't send me what I ordered for that price, BUT the page that is still up and the the screen shots I take SHOW that ALL the info is correct. Then, they say the wording is wrong, again, it's NOT, per the page that is still up AND screen shots. Then they say:
"I am willing to provide you with an additional discount on our compeititve prices if you choose to order other light fixtures - please contact me directly."
Classic bait and switch!! Two of their complaints have been in the past few months!!

Terrible company.  Teturn policy staes if you order two of the same thing you can't return multiple items???  Was told I should have ordered only one to make sure it worked.  Of course they expect you to pay shipping twice.  Also 35% restocking fee IF it is UNOPENED - you can't even open the box to see the product.  SCAM site.

Had a great experience with EliteFixtures! The customer service rep was kind, curteous and because I was a first time buyer offered a discount!  I thought this was a nice gesture for somone who is already leary about purchasing online.  When order arrived, one of the items didn't quite fit as we thought.  We returned the fixture for a full refund, no questions asked!  If all shopping online was like this, it would be great! 
Had to write a review since I was so very pleased!  THANK YOU!!

NEVER, EVER, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED A FIXTURE THAT WORKED FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND THE DIED.I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTUER WHICH I DID. THE MANUFACTUER TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT WORTH FIXING AND I SHOULD GO   Read full review...
