Shopping and ordering were a breeze but returning something for a credit is an absolute joke. An item I ordered was back ordered about 2 months so I decided to cancel the order (about 3 days after I placed the order). It took writing and calling them multiple times to get them to begin to process the credit. They weren't very good at keeping me informed as I had to continually check with them on the matter. 3 weeks later and it still hasn't been processed through their accounting department, they just keep saying 1 or 2 more days. This is unacceptable in this electronic world we live in, it is like stealing my money. This was no small purchase either as it was over $600.

Do not buy from eFaucet. They do not tell the truth about product availability even when placing a phone order. Only when I called again after the major item in my order was not delivered, was I told it was back ordered and would not ship for 4 weeks minimum. I cancelled the order and have been trying to get a refund for a month. Now I am told it will be subject to a 15% cancellation charge and incredibly they will not return the $24 shipping charge which was only for the oversized item that was back ordered and never shipped. They are totally unscrupulous. There are much better options. Please boycott companies with unfair business practices.

I have had a terrible experience with eFaucets.com - one of the items i ordered came in an old box and all scrathed up. I have tried 5 times to call but they put me on hell hold. i thought i was getting "Brand New". thats not the case. I also order 2 other items but they were not shipped and i cant get any information about them. I am now going to email them and just let American Express know that im not paying for it. Eventually i guess they will call me.Bottom line is they are not a reputable outfir - BUYER BEWARE.

Great prices, fast delivery, but don't plan on returning anything. They charge a 15% restocking fee, and then delay the refund as long as is possible. I waited almost 8 weeks for a refund, and customer service is unable to do anything except say that the check is on the way. The return requires an RGA number, and you have to follow a checklist to the letter or they will not issue a credit. I believe that eFaucets intentionally makes the return process difficult so that they don't have to issue a refund in many cases. In addition, I believe that eFaucets intentionally delays the refund when all return criteria are met until the customer calls 2-3 times to also avoid having to issue credit.
I asked customer service to waive the restocking fee because it took so long to obtain the refund. Like talking to a wall. |

It is hard to reconcile efaucets.com, (also know as eFaucets Company), beautiful website with it's dreadful customer service and follow up. How can this be? Customer service is almost non-existant, it takes days, yes days, to get through to anyone.

I was willing to let slide that it took them nearly two weeks to deliver the product I ordered, despite that their website said the product was in stock.
I was willing to overlook the fact that the product was damaged and had to be returned. I was irritated when they then said the product would not be back in stock for replacement for another two weeks (despite still showing stock on the website). But things happen, I was content to take a refund so I could reorder somewhere else without ill-will. But now they are holding my refund hostage. It's been nearly a month and I have neither the product nor my money. When I ask for a status update I get an answer that amounts to "you'll get it when you get it". This is unacceptable. Do not do business with this company, they clearly take a very cavalier attitutide towards their responsibilities and especially towards other people's money. |

Terrible. Purchased an item Sunday morning at 8:45 and tried to cncel 2 1/2 hours later. They will not let me cancel as "the order has been processed", but not shipped. They will ship then allow me to return at my cost as well as charge me a restocking fee! AVOID using this company at all costs.

Will never ever order from efaucets again and woulad strongly encourage all prospective buyers to consider paying a bit more to actually RECEIVE their products in anything approaching a reasonable time frame. Ordered bathroom faucets and one month later they still have not shipped. The return policy would require paying return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Even cancelling incurs the restocking fee which would amount to over $100 wasted. So our project is at a standstill until ???? I have called and received no help just short, snippy responses from an super perky sales associate. Live chat and other phone call attempts have resulted in extremely long hold times and no progress. SO frustrated.

CAUTION: terrible customer service and complete lack of care. Sales advisors don't provide enough details on products. Bought a toilet and they failed to tell me that the toilet doesn't include the seat even though the picture shows toilet as a complete package. Why wouldn't the sales person take the time to mention that. When I called back to discuss, the other sales consultant was extremely rude and insisted that the consultant told me there was no seat. HELLO, if that's true, don't you think I would have purchased a seat!!! Wake up guys, reviews for your site are terrible, get someone in there who is customer service oriented!!!

i should have looked for reviews of this site. My experience with efaucets.com is the same as all the others....ordered an 'in stock' item, but in fact it's 5-6 week delivery, but they NEVER mentioned it until i checked (because the order said 3-7 business days). Immediate charge on the credit card, with no firm delivery date. 'Customer service'-- if you can call it that refuses to do anything but tell me it's my problem, won't give me a supervisor to talk to ('no one available'). If the other cases apply, they would try to charge a restocking fee, I'm not even sure i will get the item, and they have my money hostage. I scheduled a whole remodel around this. Has anyone found a solution?

I recently placed an order for Grohe parts, nothing on their web site indicated they were out of stock or unavailable for over a month. When I called to investigate why they never shipped, hold times were lengthy and the service rep was ill informed, confused, and offerd conflicting stories about availability and ultimately refused to cancel the order and credit my card. (when I requested cancellation, one of the two parts "suddenly/mysteriously" arrived in their warehouse. I recently did business with "faucet direct" and can state they are head and shoulders above this outfit, calls are processed timely and support staff is top notch. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this company, the best they offered me was to "dispute the charges with my credit card company."

Worst customer service ever, and horrible return policy that's not easy to find. Scrolling all the way down the page, there's one line that says parts and replacement parts are non-returnable. Their description was not accurate so we ordered a part that ended up not fitting our faucet, although their website claimed it would. So even though it was their fault, they refused to allow return of the product since it was a "replacement part".
The "Satisfaction Guaranteed" graphics on their site are false and totally misleading. Don't waste your money and time -- do not order anything from eFaucets!! |

We recently bought a spray handle for my Grohe faucet from Efaucets.com. Clearly written on the order page for our replacement part online it states that they have a 30 day return policy as well as a customer satisfaction guarantee. When the order finally arrived, they had sent us the wrong part. I called customer service and they stated that replacement parts were not returnable or exchangeable and they refused to exchange it despite the fact that they sent us the wrong part.. Apparently in fine print somewhere deep in the depths of their website it says no returns on replacement parts. They claimed that their return policy was clearly stated on the packing slip and on their website. I printed a copy of the order page from the the part we received and also a copy of the packing slip and neither mentioned the return policy of replacement parts. Every person I spoke with in customer service was rude. It seemed as if they had a script to say "our policy is bla bla bla". If only I had investigated them before. Live and learn.

eFaucets provided timely delivery and provided the parts that were ordered. Unfortunately, they were the wrong parts for the job, and that was our error. We quickly followed refund instructions to the letter, returned the faucet, and it took nearly 3 months and a couple of phone calls for the refund on our credit card. Even so, there were deductions for restocking and for the initial shipping charge that added up to about $50 for a $260 sale. Our return had been clocked into the firm's computer but they didn't release the refund until we fought for it. Not good customer policy.

We ordered tub fixtures that were "available" according to the website. After waiting for weeks without more than an order confirmation from eFaucet, we began emailing using the Customer Support Form. After several attempts at contact this way with no response, we began calling. Only after a number of calls did we find out our item was backordered and would not be available for another three weeks. Now that we have cancelled the order, we are fighting to get our money back. We've order bath and kitchen items from a number of firms via the internet with absolutely no problem. Only eFaucets has been a problem. Don't order from this company! I only wish I'd read reviews first.

We purchased numerous things on recommendations from the "sales experts" that did not retrofit into existing systems as stated. Some did, but many did not. Went to return and they want huge restocking fees AND deduct your "discount" from the return amount. Seriously, someone could probably get a fabulous class action law suit going. This place is the epitomy of a SCAM.

I purchased a sink and a faucet for my laundry room. The sink ended up being too heavy to install and so I emailed them for a customer return #. No response. Three tries and two weeks later, I finally got one. They would not send a return label or an order to UPS to pick it up. I had to get help to carry this 90 lb box to a UPS store. $80 later I mailed it. It has now been 2 months I still have not received my credit after countless calls to customer service. They keep saying 7-10 days and there's nothing they can do. I think they wait for people to forget or just give up. I would never never ever do business with them again.

I was kind of scared after reading some of the reviews on here, but they (eFaucets) was the only place who had want I wanted. I must be the exception from what I read here in other reviews, but I placed my order late on Thursday afternoon, and received my shipping confirmation the following Monday AM and had the items in hand by Monday afternoon. The shipment was packed well and had no issues. I must say their return policies seem quite draconian to me, however I was 100% sure that I wanted what I ordered, so it was not relevant to me. I also ordered glass shelves which are very fragile items, and they were well packed to prevent breakage. The shipping charges were very reasonable for the package as well. I would purchase again from this company (but only if I was 100% sure I wanted it and would not be subject to their stiff restocking fees and return freight charges).

Returning an item costs nearly as much as the item itself. 20% restocking fee and you pay shipping. My $100 towel bar (exorbitant to begin with) cost $57.37 just to try their product. There's a reason that there are nearly 116 thousand eFaucet complaint sites online. Shop locally where you can actually see the product. Cheaper too.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I wished I had checked online to learn about this HORRIBLE company before ordering from them. They are the worst company ever! Not only did they take my money the same day I ordered, they didn't even send me a confirmation email, they lied about shipping costs and shipping time frame, which was four weeks instead of seven days. I had to call them a week later begging them to send me an irder confirmation, and only then did I find out about the delay in delivery. Then to make matters worse, when I opened my shower panels, one of them was damaged, and when I called customer service, they basically told me, too bad, not our problem, and to deal directly with the manufacturer and/or delivery company. Do NOT use this company, they are the worst ever!

my experience w/ efaucets was one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. now I'm 60 yrs olde so I have experience. I ordered a $500.00 faucets, which was lost and damaged by ups because it was improperly wrapped by efaucets. I returned the item to efaucets, with their paperwork and letter regarding the damage/it was immediately returned to me because of the damage. HUH? I contacted UPS. UPS p/u faucet determined it was not their fault that the damage occurred but it was do to improper wrapping. UPS returned the faucet to efaucets. efaucets wrote me an email stating that because I didn't inform them upon receipt that it was damaged they were not going to refund my money or ship me back the faucet. what kind of company is this??? Is this situation even legal?? Try to talk w/ customer service.I called, from my cell, I was pushed around for over 45 minutes; finally some one came on, to tell me to call later, when they were not so busy. that call costs a bundle in minutes.
