What I do not care for is the invitation to join some sort of buying club accompanied by the lure of $10 off my next purchase. I like Deep Discount but i am suspicious of this offer and it makes me feel less secure and less trusting of this merchant.

Ordered books for a Christmas gift and just before Christmas I received an email saying the books had unexpectedly been backordered. After 3 weeks I had to send an email since I hadn't heard anything about my order. They said it would be another 3 weeks or so. i waited but before the 3 weeks was up I received an email saying the books were discontinued and I would not be receiving them. Communication from this merchant could have been much better and timely - especially since this was a Christmas gift.

Didn't receive item until repeated complaints. Now, I can't get off their email list, which I never signed up for in the first place. You can hit the 'unsubscribe' button till you turn blue; they never go away. Will never buy from them again.

I notice the two DVDs arrived separately, one through UPS and one through the ordinary postal system only a few days apart. The UPS delivery required physical signature but those of us not at home during the day had to have some althernative means for the second attempt. Compared to the postal system where the postman leaves a card and the recepient merely has to pick up the item at the post office, the latter seems much more efficient. Thank you

Good prices, but delivery was slow. Free shipping almost makes the delay worth while, though. I had a problem with the "bill me later" feature, so I had to place my order over the phone, which was fast, easy, and professionally handled.
