I have been using CI for about 2 years and ther service has been the best.  There prices are the cheapest around compare to other cigar retailers.  There customer service has been great and any mistake on there part they will correct ASAP.  They also have super fast shipping. Thanks CI

Customer service is horable! I have dealt with them several times over the past year and it seems like there job is to purposely frustrate the customer. The simple issues that should just be taken care of are ignored. I will be finding a new source for my cigars as it is not worth the frustration.

I have been shopping and buying from Cigars International for over three years now, and all I can say is THEY ARE THE BEST! Every order ships just as ordered - no substitutions; all sticks are fresh (and I always give 'em an additional rest in the humi for three weeks or more to mellow them out and balance the moisture content, which affects flavor and burn); prices can't be beat unless you go to the DR or Central America and get 'em at the factory; and they have just about anything that a real cigar enthusiast wants or needs.

I have been shopping with Cigars International for over a year now and their service and accuracy with my orders have been great. I also compare their prices with other online cigar outlets and they are almost always cheaper.  They also run great deals weekly on different brands and samplers.
