First, the customer service was excellent. The company emailed when the product was being shipped. I was elated when I received the product in just a few days. My favorite things I enjoyed about the products: chargers came in white, the leather case was much better quality that I anticipated. However, I was not impressed with the phone cover. I will not order a phone comver from your company. Overall, your company had great customer services and offered products I cold not find in the store.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

This was a long wait only to receive batteries that wouldn't power my phones.So,I paid S&H $5.99,for batteries that won't function in our phones.I've been given permission to RA w/o a RMA # or provision to return w/o paying S&H again.I'm very dissappointed in this merchant selling products the phone re fuses to accept,saying use original battery.Threw away money and still need batteries for our phones.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I have made purchases several times from the CellPhoneShop. I have always received the products I purchased within the shipping time frame I have been given. The products have always been as specified and received in good condition. This last order I did want to purchase a couple of the USB Travel Chargers but they were out of stock. I am very disappointed in the way this company conducts there business. I never received my order and further more, no one cared when I called numerous times to inquire on the order. I will make it my business to inform consumers not to bring there business here. I work with 1 of the major auto manufactures and I deal with at least 30 people a day. the car charger does not work for my Galaxy S 3 . It is the second charger I bought from them that does not work with that phone. I was given a credit. I bought a car charger from Tmobile for $37 . But it does work. What a shame.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
