I ordered online, then I had to call to change the order as the system defaults the color choice and I did not notice that. Two suggestions for online orders, one do not default color make buyer choose, two make the buyer review the order details prior submitting order. Thanks for the great products and CS support. The CS rep chased my order down after confirmation to change color of my units.

My headphone wire was lost in an airport because they are built to easily detach from the headphones. I went to Best Buy, Radio Shack and Target but none carry parts that fit the Bose equipment they sell. The only place to purchase the wire is Bose.com but it was impossible to find the part there. I searched by model number, headphone name but it only yielded results for me to purchase new ones. I spent 25 min on Bose.com but never found the part. I had to use Google to search their site to find the headphones and parts for them. I chose the 3 to 5 day shipping but it took nearly 3 weeks to come in - and then it was for the wrong headphones. I checked my order and compared it to the model number on the headphones and I order the right ones but received the wrong part. This has been so frustrating and has cost me so much time that I don't think I will ever purchase another Bose product. Basically, Bose makes great equipment but if there is an issue Bose is so difficult to deal with that you might as well throw you equipment away.

I purchased the Bose to supplement the sound on my flat screen TV. I was unaware that the connections on the back were not configured the same as the older Bose (Aux. In/Out) that I now have connected to the TV. This may present a problem, because the wires are already fished through the wall, and are connected to my blueray and TV. I am going to seek a solution from Radio Shack. Hopefully, they can assist me, otherwise, I may have to return the unit.

good, description of product needs to explain that can only be used with remote, which is a real disadvantage as if remote is lost, broken or not working then you just have a large paperweight
