I ordered the product on line after reading about it in the AARP magazine. The article indicated that it was special priced for AARP members. I did not get that impression. I also intended to take advanttage of the chance to spread the cost over 12 months but the web site was not accomodating to that plan. Website should be made easier to use for seniors.

It was a very easy process online - I had no problems - everything went very smoothly. This is my third Bose purchase but the first online. I have a Bose Surround Sound System I purchased in 1996 that is still working great. Last year we purchased the Bose receiver and sound bar. I love the Bose receiver!!! I don't know how I lived without it. I have some concerns about the sound bar - it doesn't have the same effects as the surround sound system. Now my Bose Wave III is the latest and greatest!!! Both alarms work great since I get up with my husband early and see him off to work. Then the second alarm goes off when it's time for me to get ready for work. The sound is unbelievable from such a small unit. Bose has the very best sound in the entire world. Thanks, Janet Dougherty 832-628-9383

I thought the system would work directly with TV, it does not and universal remote is disappointment. Stations now have decimal pt (7.1,7.2,7.3,etc,) remote does not only goes to preprogrammed stations.

my BOSE experience is like no other. I am sooo happy with this product, I only wish I had purchased the multi CD changer. I live in a apt complex, after the first 4 hrs (volume up to 75) the neigbor knocked on the door. Shopping was very easy. Product information was clear and more than adequate. I was able to compare products, read reviews and make an intelligent decision without ever having to talk to anyone at Bose. But, it was nice to know that if I had had a question I could have called Bose. I have other Bose products and think very highly of the company and its products.

I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE BOZE STOREFRONT AT 10 COLUMBUS CIRCLE. THE YOUNG BLACK MALE WITHOUT A NAME TAG THAT SERVED ME WAS NASTY!
THE PROPER WAY TO APPROACH A CUSTOMER IS TO SAY HELLOW, HOW CAN I HELP YOU WITH A MONA LISA SMILE, YOU KNOW A PLEASANT , NOT NASTY LOOK ON YOUR FACE. THE PROPER WAY TO END THE TRANSACTION IS TO SAY IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH, OR HAVE A NICE DAY.
THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, THERE WAS ONLY ONE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE, AND AT LEAST TWO OF WORKERS. NO GREETING FROM THE BLACK MALE, AND HE JUST WALKED AWAY, RUDELY ALMOST WITHOUT RETURNING MY HEADPHONE BOX AND ACCESSORIES.
HE MADE CRAZY GESTURES WITH HIS HANDS WHEN HE THOUGHT I WAS NOT LOOKING, THROWING THEM UP IN THE AIR MOUTHING "WHAT WHAT". THE ONLY WORDS I STATED TO HIM WAS, I COULD NOT GET THE HEADPHONES TO WORK WITH MY APPLE PRODUCTS, AND THAT DOLLAR STORE EARBUDS WORKED WITH MY APPLE PRODUCT.
