Rude and unhelpful customer service.

Customer Service hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a someone in a business setting, unbelievable. Cannot return a refurbished item bought online to a store. Would not do a price match on a refurbished item that is within the 15-day window, but is now 50% off 5 days later. I don't understand why they won't refund me the difference -- instead, I have to return the item via mail for a full refund, and buy another one at the current discounted price. Ridiculous. A waste of everyone's time. But I can't get over the fact that they hung up on me by interrupting me with the words "Thank you for calling Best Buy. Have a blessed day." You, ma'am, did NOT bless me today.

Just as rude, unknowledgeable, uncaring and unhelpful as they are in store.
Shipped me an item that was not the one pictured. They had the wrong image up for the item. The description for this item was so unclear that there was no way to tell that the wrong image was posted. Tried to resove with customer support but their only solutions involved more coming out of my wallet or me going out of my way to exchange item or return items for THEIR mitake. |

The ONLY issue I had was "me thinking there was a dedicated
line just for on-line order pickups". Then when I got there, there was a line of six or so people for other issues such as customer service and returns.
I thought it took away from the hype of ordering on-line and its ready to pickup, with possible special parking, just come in, pay for it and go.
The slight wait or delay just caught me off guard.

I ordered online for pick up at the store. When I got to the store it took 30 minutes to pick up item. Long wait in line not a long line. Employee could not find item when I was waited on checked ordered item shelf then made two trips to back before finding the item. I even know that someone laid it on top of a used TV. System did not work for me I should have bypassed pick up and searched the store myself. Next time Amazon, I will take no taxes no service no shipping over poor service at huge impersonal mega store that cannot manage service. I would have saved gas and tax fees and it would have been at my door. Find a solution and you may not end up as Blockbuster stores did irrelevant

I chose to pick it up at the store. I walked right in. No one was in line. I gave the assistant my copy of the order. It was a little slow finding the cd player. He had to look in several places. It turns out the player was still on the showroom floor and he had to go get it. But I was OK with it. Player works good!! Thank you!! Your price was good too.

Only problem was with their computer software . It wouldn't let them activate then it wouldn't printable receipt. I'd brought my online odercopy with means that receipt. Workers tried hard, even made calls but said it was software peoblem. The transaction took 1 people and 45-60 mins to resolve. I said Ian's long as I had my online receipt that I'dirchased it I was ok and left as I had to drive almost 2 hrs home. Greenwood was one of 2 stores closet to me that had item in stock. Terre haute did not.

I ordered 2 radio control helicopters on 12-25-11. It is now 1-2-12 and the toys have not arrived yet. The shipment tracking was not available through the Best Buy web site for 5 days after the purchase. Now that the tracking is available, the tracking indicates that the purchase will arrive 1-4-12. Arrival 1-4-12 will be 10 days after the purchase, which is an unacceptable delivery time.
