Disappointed, Keep getting the Runaround

I purchased a 46 inch Insignia LED TV over 1 year ago, that quit working. We did purchase the extended warranty so everything should be covered. They came to the house multiple times to fix it and now they have decided the only thing left is the screen could be bad and they dont know what they are going to do. My TV quit in September and it is now November,Long time not to have a TV. I hate to say it but I wish I would have bought at Walmart.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET

On July 15 I ordered an APPLE ipod online from Bestbuy.com It is now August 6 and I am still waiting for delivery. I have called three (3) times and spoken to customer no service only to be given the run around and given  a different story each time. First, I had to wait 15 days before they could help me, then it was 30 days, and now the last time I called (today) I was told I had to wait 45 days. They seem to make up their rules as they go along. If and when the product does show up, I plan to refuse delivery and send it back. I can find the same product at another website just at the same price. Their main problem, it seems to me, is that they have no real way of tracking their shipped merchandise. They can tell me it was shipped, but cannot tell me where it is in the shipping process. The more I press them for information, the more rude and defensive they get. I will never buy from this company again, and you shouldn't either. Remember..."Buyer Beware"..

Best Buy is not the Best Delivery

Best buy has a good in-store shopping experience so I didnt hesitate to place an order for an uncommon left ear bluetooth piece by Bose.  The price was better than Amazon, so I was prepared to wait longer than the standard 2 day delivery that I'm used to.  I recieved an email after 4 days explaining that the order is in transit but it is delayed and it then continue to explain to me that i had options such as canceling the order.  So after 11 days, I decided to do just that.  Well that actually was not an option according to the customer service representative since the terminal he worked from appeared to be dysfunctional possibly due to a system bug. I got his hint and spent no more time over the issue.

I placed my order through Amazon.  Paid more, but I certainly didn't mind at this point. Best buy continues to send emails claiming that my order is in route and will be at the store for pickup shortly.

I will get my money back someday. Disappointing.  Lesson learned.

False Advertising - Failed to Deliver - Terrible Company!

Ordered an Acer Iconia tablet, model W5101458, which Best Buy listing says keyboard dock is included in two places, and it is even pictured with the dock.  I received the tablet with no dock.  Best Buy says error on website and refused to send me the keyboard dock, and sent me a return label instead.  Now, they expect me to spend my time and money (gas) to drop off at a UPS store. I spent over 2 hours of being shuffled around and placed on hold for the initial complaint and return.  Here we are 24 hours later, and their site is STILL not updated and says dock is included.  Best Buy is the WORST.

Never Buy There Again!!

   I purchased a Toshiba laptop and one year Geek Squad and Virus Protection. You can not use the Virus Protection unless you give them a credit card so they can charge you when the year is up.
   I complained at the store and was told they heard the complaint before. I wrote the corp. hdquts. and never even got an answer.
  You pay your money and they will not give you what you paid to get.

Rude and unhelpful customer service.

Customer Service hung up on me.  I have never been treated so rudely by a someone in a business setting, unbelievable.  Cannot return a refurbished item bought online to a store.  Would not do a price match on a refurbished item that is within the 15-day window, but is now 50% off 5 days later.  I don't understand why they won't refund me the difference -- instead, I have to return the item via mail for a full refund, and buy another one at the current discounted price.  Ridiculous.  A waste of everyone's time.  But I can't get over the fact that they hung up on me by interrupting me with the words "Thank you for calling Best Buy.  Have a blessed day."  You, ma'am, did NOT bless me today.

Just as rude, unknowledgeable, uncaring and unhelpful as they are in store.

Shipped me an item that was not the one pictured. They had the wrong image up for the item. The description for this item was so unclear that there was no way to tell that the wrong image was posted.

Tried to resove with customer support but their only solutions involved more coming out of my wallet or me going out of my way to exchange item or return items for THEIR mitake.

The ONLY issue I had was "me thinking there was a dedicated line just for on-line order pickups". Then when I got there, there was a line of six or so people for other issues such as customer service and returns. I thought it took away from the hype of ordering on-line and its ready to pickup, with possible special parking, just come in, pay for it and go. The slight wait or delay just caught me off guard.

We purchased the computer online. They were very quick to take the money out of our account.......and it took over a week for the order to actually process. I was not please with the product I received, I understand that a Pre-Owned game may not have the codes and such in it but, it should at least be in the correct packaging NOT Disk-Only!
