I ordered a size that I normally wear and it turned out to be too big. I had a very short time before leaving on vacation so I ordered the same item in a smaller size and plan on returning the first order upon returning from vacation. Although the 2nd order arrived within the quoted time frame, it took much longer than the first order. (The first oder only took about two to three days to arrive. The second order took seven days.)

I wear an uncommon size, so my favorite part of shopping on the site is being able to filter by size first. It's great to read reviews of the products as well, particularly helpful in learning about fit and comfort. The merchandise arrives nicely packaged and in perfect condition. The site is well organized and simple to navigate. Overall, it's one of the best shopping sites I've ever used. I've been recommending it to my friends.

needing a 36DDD makes purchasing difficult. BN generally has a few to choose from, which is nice. I caution them to keep quality in their product. It's good to find more than one item, but some of the bras purchased don't hold up well. I have been purchasing for a few years, but there is a difference in the quality of the materials being used - not in every case, but often enough. If I saw this as a trend, I will shop elsewhere.

The selection is great, and my bras shipped and arrived very quickly. I had to exchange one bra because I had neglected to look at the US to UK size conversion chart like the product description suggested. The included return shipping label cost a bit more than I would have liked, but I shouldn't be too upset considering how super low my original shipping cost was.

The shopping experience was good. The product was mis-sized and inferior in quality of product. the lining was bigger than the bra cup therefore puckers and wrinkles were visible when worn.

This was my first time, and I have to say I was very pleased with the service. I was informed of the progress of the order very nicely. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in specifying my size, and I realized as soon as I read the back panel setting forth the sizes, that I had made a mistake and there was no way I could use the garment. I returned the package this morning and I have to say, it was very easy to do. I hope all goes well.

Everything was fine except they have back ordered for several weeks the item I wanted. I've purchased addtional items instead, but am dissapointed I needed to do that in order to have something in hand before a long trip.
