I've used Backupworks.com for the past five years for buying my tape media.  This last time I purchased Dell tapes through them I got two boxes of bad tapes.  Backupworks.com won't exchange the tapes because I bought them too long ago last year.  They tell me that the manufacturer should warranty the tapes but Dell won't because I didn't purchase the tapes through them.  Be careful what you buy.  Otherwise you're left out to hang with bad product and no recourse.
