Alot of the items I wish to purchase are out-of-stock .. wish they carried a larger inventory. Sometimes, the items I receive are not marked -- it's very handy when everything is marked! Fast service and good packaging.

In most cases I have been satisfied with the product, the pricing, and the care in which the items have been selected and packaged for shipping. On rare instances I have felt that certain items were not explained in great enough detail to inform the buyer. In most cases when that has happened an immediate return was made.

I've been purchasing beading materials for some time now with Aunties Beads on-line. My experience with them has always been good and never any problems. The only thing that I might have to say is that maybe they do not stock enough of their sale items, because frequently items that are offered on sale are "out of stock". Apart from that I have always had a good buying experience with them.

I have not received the order yet so some of the questions where not applicable. On the other hand I found the Web site attractive and easy to navigate one of the reasons I decided to shop with you, but once I started to place my order I found it frustrating, I wanted to order many different beads and I was not able to add multiple beads at the same time, I had to add one at a time and when it brings you back to the page with beads it defaults to the top of the page. To facilitate the process I would recommend having one "add" button at the bottom that would add all the items that you selected instead of adding one item at a time. Otherwise I am impressed with the fact that you care about the customers experience and you are showing your willingness to listen by sending out this survey. Keep up the great job.

Auntie's Beads online shopping is excellent. They offer a wide choice of jewelry components. Items are easily accessible & they have a great search window. My only complaint is that when an item is "Out of Stock" there is no capability to backorder or be notified when the item is back in stock.

Wonderful, my only suggestion for the web site would be to have the search ask me for products or ideas, I am usually looking for beads and have to often scroll down past ideas before I get where I want. the shipping is excellent, the stuff arrives so quickly - wonderful.
