Apex Battery

Ordered an item listed as "in stock" over a month ago. Email order conformation stated item was "on backorder". After three weeks I tried to cancel and get a refund. No refund yet - will try Paypal for help.

The service people are polite enough but are obviously fronting for a shady operation.

They cheated me. On the top of the web page they listed the brand of battery I wanted, on the receipt they listed the brand I wanted.  On the bottom of the web page in small print they admit that they will be sending a different brand.  They sent a cheap foreign alternative.

My experience was awesome. Since no new reviews have been written on this site since Dec of 2006, I thought I'd let people know that the apexbattery website is VERY easy to navigate and their delivery time was excellent. I ordered a battery for my motorola razr phone and it works perfectly. It's important to know what battery you need in order to make sure you're ordering the correct one. They have options to check which type of phone you have and it makes finding your cell phone battery so much easier. I give apexbattery.com a THUMBS UP!!

I ordered a battery and a battery charger for my Sharp Camcorder. The battery does not fit the camera. I have e-mailed them 3 times and have received no response. I guess I eat the $23.00 and the charger was cheaply made

It was difficult to tell if this battery was any different from numerous other batteries listed separately in your store. It would be nice if all of these batteries said "identical to UB12180 battery" or something like that. They say "replaced by" which doesn't necessarily mean they're identical, so I just took my chances. It works great!

Apex Battery, had an excellent website that was very informative. They had my battery even though it was not a common size. The order was shipped almost immediately however a error was made in labeling resulting in a delay in the shipment being received. It was first reported to arrive on Friday but was delayed until Monday because the address was not complete on the shipping label. The battery arrived and was excellent. Sincerely Bruce L. Erickson

My only complaint is the lack of a phone number to ask questions. My experience with OTHER company e-mail customer service has been way below my expectations. Shipper called to schedule delivery. However, requested extra fee due to the weight of the product. I directed them to contact merchant as they were paying the shipping cost. Never heard of extra weight charge before. Thankfully, it was settled between the shipper and the merchant.
