I have placed orders with this company several times, and every time their customer service is horrendous. When you place an order, the item will come up as in stock, then when you check order status, it is backordered indefninitely with no notification. Items are missing from the order etc. when you call customer service, they talk you in circles. It is worth spending a few extra dollars on a more reputable site. They have gotten too big for what they can handle.

My order placed before 3 PM was not shipped the same day. The order was not received in 3 days from shipping as promised. The quality was excellent. As a new customer I was offered a 5% dicount if I placed an order that same day. Worthless! How dow i know that day I wan anything more sight unseen. One I saw the fine quality, I immediately reordered. Be self-confident; wait until your goods are seen; then offer deals.

Had to send the scrub set back, size was to big even after doing a online chat with a customer service rep. When I went to the postoffice wanted to pay for a upgrade in shipping, but was told that could not be completed because of the company returns policy.. still waiting for the replacement set to arrive. Seems like a slow process.

Delivery speed - Very slow, it took more than ~2 weeks to receive a partial order, and last portion is not coming for another 6 weeks due to backorder.  But they were quick to charge my credit card for the entire order.  Large retailers usually do not charge for backordered item until it is actually shipped.

Communication - Very slow, I did not hear what happend to the backordred product until ~ 2 weeks after the receipt of the first partial shipment.  There was no option to cancel the back order product in the email either. 
 
Shipping fee - outrageous.  Scrub prices are decent but added shipping fee will eat up any savings on the scrubs.

I wish they quit online retailing all together and hand it off to Zappos or Amazon.  Their IT infrastractures, procedures and customer service are 100 times better and I would feel more confident in doing business.

AllHeart is a good place to buy scrub tops due to affordable good quality scrubs. They do not have selections of Petite size scrub pants so I dont buy it thru AllHeart. Over all it was a good experience. I will definately buy my scrub tops thru AllHeart in the future. Thank you.

second order has yet to be delivered. Order date 5/31 tracking from Fed Ex stated 6/8 delivery. It is 6/10 and it is still in my local area but yet to be delivered. This a a problem with FEd ex not All Heart.

I will shop at other sites that do not charge state tax but I realize that is not your fault. Also, I find it troubling that it may take up to 2 weeks to get a refund on my credit card but only took two days to be charged to my card. The shopping experience itself was fine.

I like when allheart has sales I otherwise will not shop with them due to higher prices. I do like there variety of items and always pleased with merchandise i have purchased. they are very slow in delivery almost always much longer in delivery time then any one else I have purchased from. This last time I ordered it was a bit quicker them the usual slow pace. I will continue to purchase from Allheart when prices are lowered for sales.

The selection for the line of scrubs I was looking for was very minimal. I did order three pairs of pants that were in stock when I ordered. When the order shipped it was minus one pair without notifying me that it was actually out of stock when I ordered it. My order arrived nine days after I placed my order. That's a bit long for me. However, they did still honor the shipping coupon for free shipping even though the one item should have made the coupon void. For that reason I will shop there again. I really did appreciate them honoring the free shipping coupon. It saved me $14.99 (shipping prices are high).
