Ordered a combined of over $5000 worth of networking equipment. They sent email saying order was processed and shipping was processed. Called and ask for tracking number just to be told it haven't shipped out yet for unspecified reason. They reassure me I would get the tracking number by end of business day since I called in the morning to check. Still got nothing. I sent them an email to cancel my order and told them if my orders are not cancelled I'll call AMEX to do a charge back so I can go elsewhere to order where it'll be more reliable and trustworthy. What a waste of time.

It took my order. The shipping of the order was delayed so the company Shipped my order priority mail at their own expense and I did not have to ask for the priority shipping. It just happened. The price is reasonable. I've checked with others on line and found that the price are way too high than yours. I did a search for what I was looking for and went right to it so I did not browse. everything was fine, but I would have appreciated to know I ahead of time that I needed to send you a fax for the different shipping and billing address, not owning a fax, you made things more difficult for me, I really don't appreciate that.
