I would never use this company ever, my lamp went bad within 30 days and i called for my warranty replacement and was told it was on backorder and my warranty was no good because of the length of time it was on backorder, i was told a new lamp was being mailed and never received it. When I contacted customer service i was disrespected and treated with the poorest customer service I have ever seen, I asked for management and the call rep refused to put me through. This company in my opinion has poor defective products and very poor custromer service and clearly do not value their customers. Pay the little extra to get a real bulb through your television manufacturer, its so worth it

My husband and I were having some trouble with our TV and needed to purchase a replacement projection lamp. We google searched the tv lamp model and found Advanced Lamps was the best site to purchase from in terms of price and shipping options. They shipped our order the same day and the product received within a week. Their follow up service was also excellent and we will be buying from them again.

The customer service rep that worked with me to figure out exactly which lamp I needed could not have been any more helpful. I know nothing about TVs or lamps so I had to call first before just placing an order and all I had to give was my TV model number and next thing you the checkout process was going through and I was telling her my payment information. My best friend called me and told me she had gotten a brand new replacement lamp for her DLP TV at the best price she has found in the last 3 years that came with a 6 month warranty. Since we bought our TVs together the lamp tend to go out around the exact same time so we tend to buy our replacement lamps together as well. I couldn't believe what I was seeing once I got on the Advanced Lamps webite. They had prices that were half what we have paid in the past for these lamps, we also noticed we could return it for a refund within 30 days and get replacements within 6 months. Best news I have gotten this year for sure and my friend and I will continue to use this company for all of our lamp orders.

My big screen Toshiba television bulb exploded during the NHL playoffs a few weeks ago. This indeed was a terrible and unexpected situation, I googled some sites and after comparing prices I ended up going with Advanced Lamps. I found the TB25-LMP I needed and placed an order. The whole ordeal was very simple, and prices were very reasonable. The television is now back up and running for the Stanley Cup finals. Go Kings!

The bulb in my projector recently blew out for the 2nd time this year, I was very upset to say the least. I was very unsatisfied with the bulbs I was buying, I felt like I was paying 150$ for junk. Advanced Lamps provided me with a great replacement lamp n housing for my projector that so far I have had no issues with. I am very happy about this and hope to avoid future junks selling companies in the future, Advanced Lamps is a top notch company and I will only be getting my lamps from them.

We needed this lamp for church service on Sunday and they managed to get this lamp to us right on time Friday, even with a quick backorder we recieved the lamp in perfect condition and is working great. I wasn't sure what lamp I needed for my TV so I called up Advanced Lamps. I talked to a guy named Greg and he was great! He knew a lot about lamps and while on the phone set my account up and placed the order for me.They also called me with the tracking update ( I don’t have an email) later on in the day. You can tell that they really care about their customers and I will be buying from them again.

This has been an amazing experience ordering from Advanced Lamps, I found the exact part I needed for $100 less than the retail price for my DLP lamp. The shipping was safe and insuredand my part arrived in perfect shape (boxed with peanuts)and on time. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. I recently purchased a part from Advanced Lamps in April. I was completely satisfied with the website as well as the customer service and support. I was able to receive the lamp I ordered in just a couple of days. A few weeks went by and there was an issue with the television and I the TV was serviced. I came to find the lamp had blown, when I called Advanced Lamps I was transferred to the returns department. A nice gentlemen in the returns The explained the process of emailing an rma and it was simple and painless. These days you will find that companies can be impossible as far as warranties and replacements are concerned but my exchange was simple. I was sent an email while still speaking with the rep. I answered the questions and I was sent back instructions. I had my part within the next week. They have a great system for making sure you get your replacement in a timely manor. They really went the extra mile by upgrading my replacement shipping so my kids could watch the NBA playoffs and Yankee games.

Ordered a lamp in January.  Company stated they received a number of orders at the same time and it was back ordered.  By April it was still was not delivered.  I decided to cancel the order.  Advance lamps stated it would refund my order if 5-7 days.  It has been a month with no refund. I don't know if I will ever see the money again. I do not recommend using this store.

Purchased a Sanus TV stand from this company because they had the best price I could find and they also had express shipping in the checkout so I could get it shipped faster than the regular UPS ground. I have no complaints and this was a wonderful company to deal with.

I do alot of online shopping and have been for about 5 years now, I normally make sure the companies I deal with have good customer service and business ethics, that being said I have to say Advanced Lamps succeeded in both. They were very polite when I called to order a replacement part for my TV and they were very good with updates throughout a temporary backorder that occured with the part I ordered. I recently was watching the Rangers playoff game when the lamp in my television busted. I called up Advanced Lamps and gave them my model number and the found the exact part I needed. They set my account up and placed my order for me over the phone, my TV is now back working great.  This is exactly how smooth I had hoped this was going to go. GREAT STUFF!

I have a KDS 50A2000 DLP TV and the lamp had gone out, I tried using other local and online sites to purchase the replacement lamp but the prices were extremely escalated, or the availability was nonexistent. A family member recommended Advanced Lamps, by using the search field on there site I found the xl5200 for my Sony television. My lamp shipped the same day and was delivered very quick through UPS, Advanced lamps has been the best company to use for all of my electronics needs.

A friend refered me to this company when the lamp in my projector went out, I was a little weary about purchasing a non OEM lamp as these are "OEM equivlents" but it ended up saving me a pretty penny and worked out well. It was shipped the same day I ordered and arrived within days.

With the NBA playoffs coming up next month I was very sad to see that my TV lamp was dimming :(, I began to look up sites for a replacement lamp to get my TV lit back up. As I am a little tight on money right now I decided I needed to find the cheapest price I could find as I've come to find out that most OEM equivlents have worked just as good if not better than Sony made OEM expensive lamps. During this search I came across many different sites offering all sorts of different warranties and specials but most did not have the product in stock. AL was one of the only ones to have it in stock and at a great price, I am a big fan of the NBA and I did not want to wait very long for this item, luckily they had many different shipping methods to chooose from to get this lamp to me by the start of the playoffs. I ended up choosing 2nd day air and now have the lamp in the DLP and it looks awesome. This transaction was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

This company is by far the best online experience I have ever had!!! All I had was a broken TV and busted lamp and thought what a process this was going to be, luckily I came across this company who helped me figure out what lamp I needed to order and got it to me in a timely mannor. A+++

When I placed the order for the lamp it was based on the website stating that it was "In Stock".  The lamp was needed to facilitate classroom training.  The classroom was unusable.  The lamp was not sent until the Nov 22, 2011. because it was not in stock.  We were still charged overnight shipping charges.  The lamp was defective and sent back January 11, 2012. A representative from Advanced Lamp e-mailed to say the lamp was on backorder and would ship shortly.  As of April 12, 2012 the lamp had not shipped.  In the interim, because no one at Advanced Lamp would return my call, a replacement lamp was ordered from a reputable company and Advanced Lamp refused to refund the cost of the defective lamp.  No human has ever answered the customer service line (I have called over 20 times).  No call has ever been returned and Jesse refused to direct my inquiry to a supervisor six times.  The only thing he did was transfer me to a group voicemail.  On April 12, 2012 Jesse told me that we would receive a refund instead they shipped out the lamp we have no use for.
