Considering I live in Australia it was an excellent shopping experience. I received my parcel a couple of weeks after placing my order online, one of the bras was not available at the time. However, I received a letter informing me it will be sent asap. Thanks

I tried to track my order but I don't seem to be able to find the location on the website to do this. I have received notification that the order has been shipped but that is all. Hard to answer the survey since i haven't received my items yets.

I ordered on Oct.12 and it is now Nov. 7th and still haven't received the order. I will be patient a few more days before I contact the company. For question 2 I put no as I haven't received it and I couldn't submit survey without that answer.

They did not inform me when I ordered the item that is was backordered. It was only after waiting and waiting did I contact them and they finally told me. I won't be getting my order for at LEAST another month. It will have taken 8 weeks to receive it by then. So far its been 3....

This is my 2nd experience. Although the order took longer over Easter I would shop with A Brief Affair next time I need some underwear. No tracking of my parcel was the only negative part of my shopping experience.

I am still waiting for my order. There was a stuff-up with listed items being deleted. It took 2 emails before a representative contacted me re: deleted stock items. Even then, the email was so confusing as to what items were in stock, I questioned this, and eventually I was sent the correct stock list. Not happy. In Australia the Company woukd be answerable to the ACCC.

I had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping costs. It's a hassel and the shipping costs are much higher as a single payee than a company volume discount. That reason alone makes shopping a risk. You never know if the product will fit until you try it on especially bra's, therefore when the return shipping cost is added to the cost of the bra, there prices are way higher than other companies.

Very happy to find a source for the Marie Jo bra. Ordering was simple and the bra came exactly within the time stated.

I placed 2 orders with this merchant and will not order again for the following reasons: 1) The website does not reflect items are out of stock and allows you to submit orders for items which they are unable to provide. 2) The company does not contact you to indicate that the items are out of stock. 3) Processing of orders takes 1 - 2 weeks so you do not realize that the items you ordered are not available. When you phone or e-mail this company, they respond very readily and appear to be trying to help. Problem is, regardless of nice they are, they have not yet resolved the problems I have experienced. I guess if you are lucky and order items in stock you will not have any problems with this company.

The bras I ordered were on back-order. The rep whom I contacted to see if any of my order could be completed before my upcoming trip to Europe was extremely helpful. She looked into colour substitutes that were in stock and also gave me the option of cancelling the remaining part of my order if I wanted (I didn't).
