I ordered Celtic Crossing and was sent Celtic Honey. When I called to ask about this mixup, I was told I could return the two bottles of Honey and receive a refund since you no longer carry Crossing. The customer service rep told me he would email me a return label immediately......I am still waiting for the label. In the meantime, I did my own research and found that Celtic Honey is the "new" Celtic Crossing and they are one in the same item. Don't you think your rep should have known this and explained it. Perhaps more training is needed for your reps.

Waiting now over a month for a 1 item order. This item was in stock according to their website. At this point it still hasnt shipped. I called customer service and was told I'd recieve a phone call later that day, it never came. These people will never get my business again, PERIOD!!

Merchant delivered only one of two wines purchased. Other wine indicated to be available, but then backordered. I was charged in full for both wines and for both deliveries. Backordered wine then cancelled but I was not informed until I inqured two weeks later. Eventually I was creditied for non-delivered wine.

Horrible customer service. The estimated delivery on their web pages are grossly in accurate. When I called to complain, the first rep promised to look into it and call me back. They never did and when I called back the next day, they said there was no record of me ever calling. After being told there was a 20 day delay of my order and they still could not guarantee it would ship by then, i gave up and canceled my order.

 I needed some Everclear to make some Meloncello.  Everclear is really hard to find and get and WineChateau.com seemed to be one of a very few sources.
 Research found a lot of negative reviews for WineChateau.com, but since I  had little choice, I decided to give them a try.
 Holy Smokes! I ordered Everclear Friday afternoon and it arrived, intact, the next day on Saturday.  Wasn't cheap, but the service was phenomenal.

After a week and a half delay, online showed no ship. Called CS who said one of three ordered items was out of stock, but they would ship the other two "tomorrow." A week later, still no ship. Called CS who said a different item was out of stock. I the order. They shipped all three anyway. This merchant has no idea what is going on.

I ordered two bottles of a Louis Latour Montrachet at a very reasonable price. The order was filled promptly and recieved two days after the estimated delivery date. No way of knowing whether this was a FedEx issue or not as I was just happy to get the wine. I had no need to contact the seller and I would shop with them again.
