wow all i can say. i ordered the retail version of norton paid, then realized oops ment to buy the download version. i contacted the site, they promptly got back to me and fixed the order and refunded me the differences. and got my download keys right away A+++++++++++++++++++

Overall is good service and reasonable price for the software.  The only thing that I wish the company can improve is that the software download needed to be right after you purchase the software.  I did not get the download link and product key until they opened for business the next day.
