The website itself is user friendly and the store has many unusual, interesting and hard to find items.  My item was delivered in a timely manner and received with no damage...I had no issues with this order, so I did not have to interact with the customer service department, although I'm sure they must be good too. I would definitely recommend Unbeatable Sale to anyone looking for an unusual item for a reasonable price.

This product is exactly as it was advertised, and arrived when expected.  The cleaner does a really good job, and seems to last a good while.  I would not recomend useing this cleaner around plastics, as it will tend to make them soft.  Other than that one precaution, I would recomend it for cleanin those tough jobs.  Alson is very affordable.

Pet Tabs ordered from Amazon website.  The product pictured was NOT the product we received.  When we opened the box, we were shocked to see that a piece of chewed spearmint gum was on the bottom of the container!  After many e-mails, the situation was finally rectified.

I have ordered from this vendor several times in the past and my experience has always been the same. A quality product received in a timely manner with no problems what so ever. The prices are competitive and there is no additional charge for standard shipping anywhere in the U.S. which I personally find an attractive incentive. The selection of product is as good as can be obtained after searching on other multiple wesites. The vendor's  wesite itself is well organized, making specific product easy to find and the ordering process is easy to complete. The confirmation emails for order receipt, shipping etc. are a nice touch and mean I don't have to follow up on my own. I have reccommended them to others in past and will continue to do so.

This was my first order with Unbeatable Sale and I was highly impressed.  I recieved the best price for the products after comparing different sites.  They had exactly what I was looking for.  My order arrived earlier than expected.  Everything was received in one box and all in one piece.  The clippers I purchased work amazing on my boyfriend.  Good thing I bought them when I did.  His other pair broke Christmas Eve.  I had to give them to him early. I was concerned that the product, a metal car tag, might arrive damaged, but it did not. It was packed very solidly, and had no bends or damage at all. I would order from them again.

Purchased a expensive Kent tricycle and when received, there were missing nuts and bolts, but also the front brake pad. In dealing with this seller: UnbeatableSale, Inc. and Amazon, this seller has not replaced or sent a replacement brake pad, a simple $2.00 part. Amazon offered to return this product, but the UnbeatableSales knows the tricycle is already assemebled and the shipping costs are over $140, not to mention the shipping charges I paid to get this product, this would total more than $300 in shipping alone. What a ripoff. I will have to go to another retailer and purchase brakepads not designed for this product.

It was a little stressful due to us being a government agency.  We usually can't pay a bill until we have received merchandise.  We had to do a little rearranging and finally were able to purchase the item.  Otherwise good experience and the item was very much to our liking.  We will probably be looking at Easter Bunny next for our Lodge.
