I purchased an order and paid for the 15 dollar 2 day delivery. UMMM YA its been about 2 weeks. Emailed them and still no reply!

Rediculous that it would take 12 business to "PROCESS" an exchange !!

I recieved a pair of boots for Chritmas.. they were a size too small.  Sent them back promptly 2 days later.  Their return shipping didn't get the boots back to their company until the 3rd of January.  Shows in their system "Being Processed" as of the 5th of January.  I called them on the 18th of January to get a status and the only they could tell me is that they may take up to 12 business days to process the return, which wouldn't be until the 23rd of January, so there wasn't anything until that time they could do.  And that's not TO ME on the 23rd.. that just their "Processing time".  MAYBE I'll get them before spring or summer !!!  My suggestion is if you want UGGS buy them from Zappos or a retailer that can actually run exchanges in a more timely manner !!

Only buy if you are absolutely sure you want them, delivery takes about 2 weeks, I bought a pair and the boot ripped at the back next to the stitching whne I tryed them on and I can't seem to get a refund out of them , had to send photos and the customer service representative said she couldn't see anything wrong from the photos, Umm well a hole in the boots is obvious I would of thought.  Still trying

I have ordered two pairs of uggs as I was so excited that they were on offer. After ordering I relized that alot of things have gone wrong, I dont have an account and also I have not had an email to authorise the order only an email saying money has been taken out of my bank.
I have also tryed emailing but it failed to send.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with them!

I purchased 2 pairs for my wife's birthday. The day before the were supposed to arrive, I called to find out what happened to them. The customer service rep was completely useless. He told me they had the order but it had not been input!!??!!

A terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this company, even if their shoes are comfortable!!

Was an ugly morning when I didn't have a present for my wife!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Ugg Australia Online. My order was received in two days! I couldn't believe it when I opened my front door and there were my new shoes already! I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered the Women's Sunburst Tall at Ugg Australia and I was very upset. I waited more than 2 weeks to receive my pair and when I got them, they had a default on the inside. I sent them back and had no news for a month. I sent them 3 emails and they finally refund me. Following some advice of a friend, I ordered some similar sheepskin boots from the Australian brand wuglies. I paid half the price and receive them 3 days later. The quality was better, but unfortunately they were a little too small for me. I sent back and a week later, I received my pair of wuglies in the right size.
I would highly recommand Wuglies and their customer service for their efficiency, while Ugg Australia was a nightmare to deal with.

I was looking for a pair of Ugg Women's Ultra in black. They were no where to be found on the Ugg website -- only taupe out of the five colors advertised, and those were in size 11. After a Google search, I found the boots offered by a MN shoe store in the size I wanted. You would think that the manufacturer would have their own product available.

I think Ugg needs to update their site and provide more details about their products, i.e.: manufacturing, wait time; etc.
