This company is a joke.  We ordered toner for our wide format in November - toner was bad.  They did send a replacement but could not get it here fast enough so we ordered from another source to keep us up and running.  Now, we are installing the replacement toner - it is damaged too.  We tried calling them to get yet ANOTHER replacement for ANOTHER damaged toner - needless to say we are frustrated with them.  She was rude - and said had our conversation started off better she might have worked with us....nice customer service.  We were rude in response to her attitude.  FYI - she was upset that we did not send her the original replacement - we still have it packaged here to send but forgot - so that was our bad.  We were willing to ship it back to her now but why bother.  FYI - the person who answers the 1800 number is the Sales Rep, Manager AND Owner.  Don't trust this company - I don't where they get their products from, but it seems shady to me.

I ordered a part for our Konica Minolta C351. There was an error on the web site and I received a part for a Konica Minolta C350. When we installed the part it would not work. I called and the next day I received the new correct part and a call tag for the incorrect part. The service I received was great. Errors do occur - but Tonerprice.com fixed the problem as quickly as I could have wanted them to.

The website was very user-friendly, enabling me to find a fairly obsure product quickly and easily. It was clear from the product description that this was  precisely what I needed. The check-out process was simple and fast. I chose free shipping with an estimate of several work days before delivery, yet the product was on my doorstep in about 18 hours!
