I was a little skeptical at first to try an unknown retailer, but they said they had the product I needed in stock when everyone else was backordered, so I took a chance. When I placed my order, my card was charged immediately and I was given a tracking number with a broken link and a message that my order would be shipped out within a couple of days.
Ten days later I had still not received any updates or notices of shipment. I called customer service and was told that my order had just shipped within the hour (how convenient). An hour later I got an email saying the package had shipped and I got a tracking number that actually worked that time. The package showed up 4 days later and it was the product I ordered.
This was the scariest Internet purchase I've ever made, because after my card was charged, I had no update and no idea what was going on until I called. It was unlike any other online retailer I've dealt with. I think they forgot about me and only sent out the item after I called to check on it!!! It turned out ok in the end, but for a couple of weeks there, they left me hanging, and I really wondered what kind of sketchy operation I'd given my money to.
If you don't mind waiting and wondering and stressing a little, with a free shipping offer, you could potentially get some pretty good deals here. It's just not the shopping experience for me.

paid using paypal. receipt on my purchase said that I had purchased from a company called Allergy Be Gone, rather than TodaysConcept. This made me nervous about the reputation of the business I had just purchased from, and I was worried about possible scam. This made me hypervigilant about tracking the order, and I found the tracking process to be awful. Tracking number didnt work. I had to contact the company. They were helpful, but this was way more manual work/effort than I should have had to put in. If the PayPal business name were correct, I would have had more confidence to just wait for the order to arrive

The product was what I expected, good quality paper tea bags which can be filled with all types of loose tea. However, it did not include any instructions on how to fill and use the products, so I had to guess at that. I would prefer some instructions included!

I still have not received my item. I called them and they told me it would ship the next day every time I called. The money was taken out of my account the day i purchased. Nothing has shipped todate. They said they had 21 of them in the warehouse. Customer service email me and said that they had contacted the warehouse to ship my item right away. Another few days goes by and it still has no shipped. In my book if you take someones dollars and don't give them anytime this is fraud. I have all the emails to back up my claim. So in short this is a fraud company that says they have stuff but never sends you it but takes your money. In my dealing with all other company the money was never deducted until the item shipped. Also I always got my item. This company was advertised thru Amazon. I intend to let them know my exprience as well. I have google them on the internet and see that others have had the same problem. At this point I have no money no item just frustration. I am out 82.99. You can call customer service at 1-877-355-6684 and I bet they will tell you it will ship today or tomorrow. Try it and see for yourself. I bought the item March 28th and that is what they have been telling me since then.

It took a few days for an email to arrive informing me that the two items I ordered had to be sent from the manufacturer. I had to call them the end of the week to find out my items were being shipped to them April 3 (the day I was supposed to receive them). When I aked if they could send the items faster as a courtesy, I was told NO. If one looks online, the items I purchased are supposed to be in stock. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

My experience with this store and the people who run it is horrible. I will never shop there. I only dealt with them to return a Christmas present that I really did not want. There wasn't much in their store I did want to exchange it for, but now they will not even do that much.
I've never had such a bad experience with any online retailers. AVOID todaysconcept.com - shop anywhere else. You will be so much happier with the experience and with the service. This is such a shady and shoddy operation! |

I recently ordered two identical MP3 players from this firm. Eight days later my package arrive one MP3 player short. I attempted to call at 5:15 EST (their stated hours are 9 to 6 and was welcomed with an answering machine stating that they were closed. I have sent an email requesting correction of the problem and will see how good this firm is about fixing their mistakes. So far I am not impressed the way TodaysConcepts conducts business.

site was easy to navigate & use, order was shipped promptly, product arrived slightly damaged - however i had originally ordered this product through another vendor & their first shipment was refused to do major damage, their second shipment was cancelled by the vendor due to damage upon inspection prior to shipment. This vendor packed the product over and above the first vendor & it therefore arrived in at least, usable condition although not perfect. My understanding from various online comments was that many people experienced a similar problem with this product, based on how they packaged it, they did try to prevent damage to the product. Overall not a perfect experience but not due to vendor issues.

Perhaps a classic bait and switch! TodaysConcept's website offered Honeywell CT500 thermostats at half price. I ordered two CT500's and TodaysConcept shipped two lesser Honeywell units that normally list for half the price of a CT500. They do not have the capability I wanted in the CT500. I have sent three notes to TodaysConcept customer service. They have not even replied!
P.S., I checked. They are still offering the CT500 units on their website. If this is bait and switch, they are still at it.

Completely unacceptable! I ordered a pasta maker as a gift which said AVAILABLE and SHIPS IN 24 HOURS and after a few days received an e-mail saying there was a delay. I called the customer service number several times during normal business hours and there was no answer and no room in the voicemail, and then it hangs up on you! I also wrote a couple of e-mails that were never responded to. After another week I finally got a hold of them and they told me the item was BACKORDERED FOR 4 MONTHS! The e-mail they sent me said nothing about this. I asked to speak to a supervisor to suggest that maybe they put that information in the e-mail since it is so hard to get a hold of them because if I had known I could have made other arrangements, I waited on hold for 45 minutes until I hung up.

Definitely unacceptable. After 4 days with the "order status" blank online, I called and was told that the slow cooker was on backorder. Online, however, it clearly said AVAILABLE in big letters next to the item, and I was never notified about it. I even recieved an order confirmation that didn't say it was backordered. They claimed it would get to the warehouse within a week but how can I trust that? I needed it by Christmas. I let 3 more days go by and still no order status online. I sent TWO emails to customer service asking why I was never told it was backordered and received no response.
The whole experience was stressful. I could've ordered it from somewhere else more than a week earlier. I called to cancel the order and never even received confirmation of that.
