i like shopping at tillys.com and i am satisfied with how fast i receive my items. the only thing i dislike is that sum items that are advertised for sale are sometimes not instock. i will load items in my cart and proceed to check out only to find out that half the items i want to buy are NOT instock. other then that i LOVE tillys.com  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

It took 4 days for an e gift card to be emailed, that's ridiculous for something that doesn't even need shipping. My credit card was charged right away but "processing" took 4 days. I love tillys but I'll never get an e gift card again.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered the whole bikini after getting emails that both the top and bottom were in in my size. I asked if i could get them both shipped together since i bought the top the day after the bottoms. They said No because the bottoms were already at the warehouse by then. Then they tell me actually they dont have the bottoms in so now i just have the top. I am concerned that this item was mailed with FedEx and it is still not here. Isn't FedEx suppose to be FAST? I have no other concerns as of yet since I have not received the item ordered. I will commend Tillys for their constant contact and concern about their custome satisfaction. Keep up the good efforts. I do not know of any other company that does this, if all company's did what Tillys does, then there would be happier customers everywhere.
