The Perfume Spot.com

I have used this company for years to purchase my hard to find perfume that I have worn for 40+ years. They have always had great prices, fast delivery and prompt responses to questions or concerns.  The product has always arrived in perfect condition, with the exception of my last order.  It arrived leaking perfume all over.  (box was still sealed)  I contacted Perfume Spot and they responded immediately and are sending out a new bottle.  Great customer service!

They took my money and sent me the after shave in smithereens!!!  I have contacted them three times with no response.  Next I'll be writing the BBB and asking my charge card to reverse the charges.  This has been THE WORST online shopping experience....and shop enough online and love it most of the time!  I will never buy from The Perfume Spot again; very disappointed!!!!

DON'T BUY ON THE PERFUME SPOT OR PERFUME WORLD The Gabriela Sabatini is 100% fake is just ALCOHOL , the bottle doesn't have all the letter off the name on the bottle, this item was a cheap fake item. 100% sure it is a Fake I went to the store and bought another one and it is unbeliveble the difference.  They sell fake products and you need to pay for return, they customer service are nasty and disrespectful.

Customer service at The Perfume Spot is the WORST POSSIBLE! They shipped my order with delivery comfirmation. The Post Office lost the package, and Pefume Spot refuses to a issue refund until package is returned by Post Office. Additionally, they lie about having a "liason" within the Post Office that says package is on the way back. My POSTMASTER tells me the package is LOST.

MasterCard has charged Perfume Spot back, but BEWARE of doing business with these people!They will NOT help when things go wrong.

Ordered Bulgari Aqva After Shave thinking that it would be the emulsion, which is what their web site shows, and instead received the splash version, which by the way looks very much like a knock-off to me.
Complained via email and customer service was rude and unprofessional.
Will never buy from them again.

Poor delivery speed - their standard shipping is substandard.
Order was incorrect - customer service would not help me other than to say I needed to return item and pay for shipping both ways.

While the company may have good product selection, their poor policies and customer service are worth avoiding.

I order a dolce&cabbana 4.2 oz men's cologne.The shipped really fast and the item looked the right one.But the problem it was, when I opened the box and smell the cologne  it didn't smell at all as the original dolce&cabbana cologne (i am wearing the same one the last 10 years-I know exactly how does it smell).Don't waste your money it is better to spent 10-15 dollars more and buy from authorized dealers.

Purchased 3 sticks of deodorant.  They were all rotted when I received them.  Customer service at the Perfume Spot explained that this had never happened before and that if I wanted to return the items, I was responsible for paying for the return shipping.  A reputable company normally apologizes and sends a return label so that the item(s) may be shipped back.  In addition, I tried to email and received no response.  I should have paid better attention to their other bad reviews, but I was blinded by the good deal that I thought I was getting.  Shame on me for trusting them.

Ordered Monday mid-day, received order Wednesday (just two days later) plus I didn't have to pay for shipping because my order was over 100 dollars. I bought Very Sexy For Him 2, which Victoria's Secret doesn't sell anymore. Perfume Spot was one of the few online merchants that still carry this item and they were the least expensive.

The Perfume Spot is probably the best online merchant that I have ever purchased anything from. I accidently typed in the wrong zip code on my billing address. I had an email from their customer service within minutes. I responded with the correct address and within another couple of minutes I received another email saying my order was processed and DHL was notified of the package.

Honestly I was very surprised I received the package as soon as I did.

Wow! The best perfume prices I've found and the customer service was great with an almost immediate response to a question I emailed them. The item arrived very quickly and was packaged well. I had the same experience on the last order with them. Great!

I am surprised at all the people happy with this outlet as I ordered 3 items, I'm pretty sure 2 were fake, one was definitely the wrong color and the other didn't smell like anything, and the third was so old that the lotion included was rancid.

I was very disappointed with this merchant. I ordered Drakkar Naoir cologne from them at an unbelievably low price. The order arrived a day early, so far so good I thought. I opened the box and found that the original looking box and bottle were actually quite flawed. The bottle seemed authentic, but had several things scratched out on the back and a one line painted over in black paint or marker. The scent wasn't even close to the real cologne. They had obviously swapped out for a knock-off.

I bought the Acqua di Gio cologne from this website and it did not smell the same as the ones i have been using. I was a real hassle sending it back and getting a refund.

Definitely the best place on the internet to buy perfume. I ordered some cologne for my mother for mother's day and it arrived in 2 days right on time. I've never seen such a good selection anywhere and really good prices. I e-mailed customer service with a question and they got back to me within a couple hours with what I needed to know. To the people that are griping about how their package didn't arrive on time, it isn't the merchant's fault. Once they turn it over to UPS they don't have any control of what time UPS delivers it. They just tell them when they're supposed to. UPS should be the one to refund the money paid for fast shipping.

First time buyer from "The Perfume Spot.com " and I am thrilled. Not only did they send me quality products but most of all they shipped it 2nd Day Air at no extra charge but UPS ground. I guess they knew I needed it for New Years Eve. What a fantastic touch!!
