 I would not shop here again

Very polite.  The order was delayed because one item was not in stock.  Grill covers should be ordered larger than actual measurements.
Made the mistake of ordering  cover before it was needed.  When I discovered that it was too small the 30 day return date had passed.  They were very polite in their refusal to accept the item when I asked if I could exchange it and pay the extra for a larger cover.  Evidently there is no difference between return and exchange.

I think they have the largest and cheapest covers that I have searched over web. I have already asked few of my friends to make a purchase from the website.
