I ordered Speedo warm-up pants and received irregular merchandise. The bottom of the zippered back pocket was sewn into the waistband and couldn't be separated from it without ripping out part of the waistband. Spoke to a customer service rep who said policy was to refund the merchandise cost only, not shipping either to or from for returns even if the merchandise was defective. Said that irregular merchandise wasn't their fault but Speedo's.  SwimOutlet doesn't open sealed merchandise from the manufacturer to check for problems. Offered credit toward shipping only if I ordered replacement pants. My child needed the pants for a meet that already happened so I said "no" and ended the call. I then called back and spoke to a supervisor. I was given shipping label info to ship the pants back w/o charge and was refunded the cost of the pants, but I'm still out the initial shipping cost. Took two phone calls to get partial satisfaction. SwimOutlet.com would have received a glowing review from me before this order. Not the same company it was a few years ago.

Products seem nice & ordering easy.  Quick shipping.  BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE.  I will never order from them again; neither should anyone else.

Back in July I purchased an Olympic-style black and gold swim bag for my daughter.  I spent approx. $55.00.  A few weeks ago the zipper began to rip, and now it is completely off the track and ruined.  When I called the company, they offered me a whopping $8.50 to replace the zipper.  I don't even think I can replace a pants' zipper for this price.  I am highly dissatisfied with this company, won't shop through them again, and do NOT recommend them.   I swear the rep promised me a 50% discount but then came back and said I could only have 15%.  I feel very ripped off by this company.  If you spend $55 on a swim bag that your child has used about 10 times, there is no excuse for the zipper breaking completely off the track!
