I ordered about $400 merchandise from Swim2000. Their website said they will offer 10% discount for the first time order. By that amount of money, I of course would like to have a discount. I requested a coupon from the site and placed my order.
Three days later, they responded and said I have ordered from them before and would not honor the discount. I did order from them before but that was over a year ago with an old email address I no longer use. Since I cannot get the discount, and their prices without the discount are not necessary lower than other online stores, I replied and requested to cancel my order. B. Diederichs replied and said my order has been canceled and will not be allowed to order from them again. I cannot believe there is such arrogant and rude customer service. I don't think they have so called "customer service". I have seen their booth in a swim meet. They are just a small store. The "customer service" actully is the owner. I have shop online A LOT. This is the worst customer service attitude I've ever had. |
