Items back ordered but the listing didn't say that until order had been complete. Charged my card for items that have yet to ship leaving me unable to purchase product elsewhere without waiting for a refund.

I placed the order for a sunglass which is shown available on their web site.  I received an-email after than that the item is on a back order.  Every day I call the company, the customer service would inform me that they should receive the item the next day and they will ship it the next day.  I heard the same message from them three times. They also charged my credit card without even has the item in their stock.  I will never order from this web site again. You need to call them to ensure that they have the item in their stock before you place your order.  Don't trust their web site and make the call.  For me, it is over.  It is not worth the $10 saving that they have for this item

I placed my order on 10/19 and still haven't received it, as of 11/13. When I ordered it, the product status was shown as 'in-stock', i.e. ready to ship immediately. Three days later, on 10/22, I was notified via email that it was out of stock but should be received in 2-4 days. On 11/5, after another email inquiry, I was told they would be ready to ship by 11/7. One week later and I'm still waiting...
