I ordered a Geo Travel Wheelchair to be delivered to Canada, paid $300 freight and although the website states that delivery may take "a few days" longer, it took 3 weeks to receive my chair. Repeated requests for a definative delivery date were responded to with "you will be notified by email when item ships from warehouse". 2.5 weeks later the item finally shipped and guess what no email.
I received the product but batteries were defective. Inspite of the fact that I had paid $300 freight, I was forced to pay to have replacement batteries shipped. 6 weeks later I am still do not have a functioning product.
I would not shop here again
