Don't feel operate very ethically.

Would not use them again!  Returned item as instructed and supplier, Magellan, was very nice and helpful but Skymall gave me a runaround to getting my refund and the amount they wanted to refund!  Had to wait extra weeks but fortunately my credit card company stepped in and refunded me what I deserved and expected.  Next time will buy from supplier direct!

Disappointing

I was a customer of SkyMall from 2005 until today. Not anymore. I tolerated slow delivery because of the unique items available. But this year it has taken two weeks (and counting) to deliver gifts for Christmas. Today is Christmas, and no gifts. 3 to 7 day delivery? It took 10 days just to get the packages in the mail. I guess that's when the 3 to 7 days actually starts. BEWARE of Skymall.

Very poor shipping policy

Very unhappy. Ordered cat product oct.11th it is now nov.1 and still no cat product. Paid $20 for shipping within 7 days! I called to say that I wanted a refund and it has to be referred to a supervisor. I wont ever order from them again.  Too bad because I liked their catalog. They need to improve customer service. Just a hint to skymall: dont let your customer service people yell at customers it is bad business.

Really Really worst

I have been shopping online for years and skymall experience is the worst till date. I ordered a sony SLR camera on Nov 30th 2010. First i was told that i would get the camera on 8th of December and later i was told that i would get on 24th of december. Finally when i got on 24th december, i got the wrong camera. Now skymall tells me that i have to wait 4 days to get any more response on further actions on this order. Seriously, think 100 times before you buy.

I Paid For Their Mistake!

I am very dissapointed with the Skymall. I had a $50 purchase with a $20, 2 day delivery to find out the item was on a 10 day backup. I then called in and cancelled my order. 2 days later I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged for the item.   Read full review...

Horrible!

Do not order from Skymall!!  I placed an order for a program for my company - I placed it well in advance so I would have the items in time for the program.  The items were never shipped and Skymall did not even notify me.  I had to call them over 5 times, they promised multiple times to call me back with updates and never did.  They told me twice that my order had shipped only for me to not receive the order and have to call back again and find out that it hadn't shipped at all.  The customer service was horrible and I ended up cancelling my order rather than continue dealing with them.  I recommend never ordering from Skymall!

I placed an order with Sky Mall, the product arrived dirty and damaged.  Per the vendor (that I called), the item was sent out "by mistake."  I returned the order the same day that I received it, and did receive a "return receipt" number and name from the vendor.  Sky Mall STILL would not credit my account!!  Multiple "customer service" persons kept telling me they had to "wait for accounting."  I contacted my creditor (who is EXCELLENT).  They IMMEDIATELY credited my account and will now be seeking same from Sky Mall.  EVERY person I spoke with from Sky Mall's "customer service" department was not helpful in any way.  At this point, I am not sure why this company is still in business.  I would recommend that you do not order from them at all.

Easy, fast and cool to order from

I travel alot. As a result, I tend to shop from SkyMall alot. I have always found it a pleasurable experience. I have had to return a couple of things but, that's to be expected given the amount I order. They handled my return efficiently enough. The coolest thing about ordering from SkyMall is telling someone you got the item from SkyMall.

Take heed of others' advice

I should have read all the reviews before ordering via skymall. As others have said, Skymall is a 3rd party broker and will not claim responsibility for any problems with an order and/or return (in my case Footsmart.com). I suggest you stay away from using skymall for ordering any product!
