I had accidentally entered my card info wrong, so they couldn't process my order right away. But they informed me of the error promply and were very easy to get on the phone with to fix the issue. Then my order was processed immediately and my item arrived the next day. Overall, I am exceedingly satisfied with the product and service I received.

Delivery speed:  I had never ordered from Shoplet before.  The website did not provide shipping speed.  I needed the item I ordered quickly, so I called customer service.  I was told my order would be 'rushed' and since the product was in stock in Denver, and I was located in Denver, the delivery would be the next day.  The order was accurate when received FIVE days later.  Customer service was very friendly, but obviously did not provide accurate information.

I was able to locate the products I needed (3 C-line Sorters; Swingline stapler and staples) easily.  The cost exceeded the minimum so the freight was included.  I ordered on Monday; the order received a free priority shipping upgrade and two packages arrived as planned on Wednesday.  Super!

It was easy to order from the site. My order arrived on time but the item was packed in a box far too large and without any packing materials. As a result, the box was crushed on both sides and forced open on the bottom where the box was not taped. The product package itself was also crushed on its side. I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering from your company again.

Horrible! Item on back order, I emailed advising I couldn't wait & to cancel order, rep cancelled per an email. The very next day I still get charged to my credit card. I emailed customer service 3days ago & no response. Notifying my credit card company. Will never purchase from them again if this is how they do business. I'm very disappointed & upset that my credit card was still charged.  

I will advise others in the future to think twice before considering a purchase due to the hassle & lack of response from customer service. Now, I have to go thru a long process with credit card company to get charge removed.

I was very pleased with my recent transaction. The ink was delivered very quickly and works just like the more expensive brand name! I had no problems loading the ink jet into my printer. I will definitely continue to get my ink from shoplet!

The product is fine and have used it for several years. The problem is that when I opened the box, the cups did not have handles as ordered and as shown on the shipping papers. Solo still makes the handled cup as shown in your catalog displays and as ordered. I returned the cups for the correct order and await that shipment.
This creates another problem. Due to the delay, I now have to receive them at a different address as follows:

I placed the order on 5/06/2013 (early hours) and received an email Order Confirmation from shoplet.com on 5/06/2013 at 7:09 AM.  I was very surprised to receive another email from shoplet.com on 05/06/2013 at 10:06 AM, informing me that they had upgraded my order at no charge to priority next-day shipping.  I am very appreciative of the free shipping upgrade.  I received the case of http://www.shoplet.com/KIMBERLY-CLARK-PURPLE-NITRILE-Exam-Gloves/KIM55083/spdv (KIM55083 size Large) in excellent condition on 05/07/2013 at 2:49 PM.  My overall shopping experience was excellent.

I am very satisfied with the product and price received.  I am not happy about customer service.  Ever since Shirin left, we have not gotten the level of service she provided.  After being promised we would be assigned a new contact, we never got one.  When I called to find out who it was, Ataul got back to me.  Now, I email and call him, but no return emails or calls.  I emailed "shopletsupport@shoplet.com" and it came back undeliverable.  Free rush delivery is four days?

Delivery speed is always excellent. Order accuracy excellent; prices excellent. Website is HORRIBLE! Way too much going on & can't see what I'm doing which is distracting & cumbersome. Often times accidentally clicking on unwanted "popup bars" all over the place from the top drop down bar, side "feedback" button & the bottom button that says "top" It's like a carnival on their website & it's completely unnecessary. I have even accidentally removed items from my cart because stuff is moving around so much on the screen. Additionally, sometimes I have to "trick" the website to find what I'm looking for, since it won't pull by a part number or description - which is ridiculous. If the prices were not so competitive I would NOT use this website. In fact I am starting to seek out alternative sites such as Amazon & Costco.

Customer service was generally good.  The problem is handling of the merchandise.  Furniture items are shipped by commercial freight companies and can come from a variety of warehouses.  Two out of four bookcases arrived damaged.  Though the boxes clearly state that forklifts are not to be used and hand trucks are only to be used on the short sides of the box the cartons clearly showed damage from forklifts and mishandling.  I had to repack and arrange for shipping of these two bookcases.  One replacement arrived with damage as well but after over a month of dealing with deliveries and returns I accepted the damaged item.  Somewhere in the supply and delivery chain are very irresponsible workers.  Note that the delivery chain is not part of Shoplet.com  While the prices are very good on shoplet.com dealing with damaged products is too much trouble.  If delivery were to include unpacking so the item can be inspected and then rejected if damaged I may buy again.  Having to repack and return furniture is too difficult.

The price of items is generally the lowest of all other resellers.
I received a letter from the Founder and CEO, Tony Ellison explaining about a server hack resulting in the possibility of my CC data being stolen.  As a consolation, I was offered a 10% coupon code.
When I went to use the code online, I was informed that the code was not valid for the product I was purchasing.  This is BS and makes me even angrier then the CC data issue.
I’m not bothered by the security breach as I always use Virtual CC numbers for my online purchases.

Loved shopping Shoplet Online, found some great deals for household items as well as a few few snacks.
Ordering was easy, however I was using a gift certificate and the ability to split payment option was not working. This was good as far as keeping me from spending to much however also kept me from purchasing more items. Otherwise great experience! 
Recieved a notice for when my shipment would arrive and was surprised to see it was coming in one day! Nice!! My order was upgraded to Next Day Priority Shipping FREE! Everything as I ordered packaged perfect!

I can upon the Shoplet site while searching for Southworth 25% cotton linen resume paper. It had taken me awhile to use up my original purchase of a 500 sheet box. 

I was pleasantly surprise to find it at just about same price as my previous box, while some vendors were asking double the cost plus shipping with others asking a higher minimum purchase to include shipping. I decided on the "value" or "Costco" buy and got two boxes to cover the shipping cost.

Purchase and checkout were uncomplicated and the package arrived the following week in good condition.

I purchased a hard to find item (9x12 expandable envelopes) and was pleased with the service at Shoplet. The ordering process online was easy. I received an email that my order was processed at 3:25pm and I expected it to arrive in 2-3 days. It came the next day! I would order from Shoplet again.

This was the worst shopping experience that I can remember.  I placed an order for something that showed to be "in stock".  After placing the order and dealing with one of there rude customer service reps via Chat, I found out that the items were acutally NOT in stock.  I could not get anyone within Shoplet.com to tell me when the items would ship. It took 5 days to finally ship.  I will not buy from Shoplet.com again.  Too unpredictable for me.  BTW, I finaly did get an email from someone at Shoplet.com telling me when my order would ship.  I recieved the email the day AFTER I received the items that I had ordered...

I have shopped at shoplet in the past and have had no problems.  Their delivery time has been very good and the order accuracy has been good in the past.

but

I recently ordered some binders from them and I received the wrong size binder.  I called and talked to customer service, they were supposed to get back to me the next day.  It is now 3 days later and I have not heard from them.  I also sent customer service an email explaining what the problem is and that I had talked to Jason at customer service with no response.  I have not heard back via email.  This is not very good customer service. 
Our company is out of the product and I do not know when we will be getting the replacement.

Shoplet Online Store was just fine: quick and accurate.  Problem was with the product I ordered, Tops Engineer's Computation Pad 35510, which, I'm sorry to say, is garbage. Ink from an extra fine fountain pen feathers badly and bleeds through to the back of the sheet and onto the next sheet. Used to be a decent product.  Not the fault of Shoplet, of course, but the manufacturer.

The ordering process was great,but battery that I ordered were not the ones I recieved. I ordered the energizer e2 Lithium Photo batteries but recieved regular Energizer Lithium battery ,which I see as a cheaper battery . I will not being returning the batteries , nor will I be ordering from Shoplet again.

I was searching for outdoor waste receptacles for a new property we were opening.  We are environmentally concious but were not particullarly looking for a green product.  In doing a search on numerous sites we decided on the Safco open top waste receptacle.  It offered an attractive price for a modern looking exterior receptacle.  The fact that it is recycled was an added bonus.  I have never been to Shoplet.com before but after doing a google search we found the most competitive delivered price was on Shoplet.com.  Being skeptical about the price I wanted to see the quality so we placed an order for one.  The order was quickly processed and the item arrived in a couple of days.  We were imprressed with the product so we placed an order for two additional units.  Again my order was quickly processed and upgraded to next day deliverry at no additional charge.  I will definatley add Shoplet.com to my list of sites to check when fufilling our futue purchasing needs.

I found Shoplet while looking for a large cabinet for my office. I found just what I was looking for, but when it was delivered saw that it was only a partial cabinet, and that all the hardware to assemble it, as well as the shelves and handle were included in a second box, listed as "box 2 of 2". This is an entirely separate product, however the product I purchased is completely useless without that second box. To be fair there is a disclaimer about the requirement for a second box, however it was easy to miss. My complaint is that a consumer using price as a metric would not have an accurate way to comparison shop for a functioning cabinet of similar dimension and construction. I would recommend that products which are manufactured and sold in this way prompt a warning at checkout when the two parts are not ordered together.

I was sent to Shoplet when I priced items on Amazon. The prices at Shoplet were lower, so I ordered. The order was processed quickly and correctly. It arrived in less than a week. It was exactly what I needed.
