I ordered prescription Splaqua swim goggles with CLEAR lenses. I was sent smoke lenses. I requested my money back and to return the item that THEY made the mistake on.  I did not want a replacement as these goggles also made me see in double vision.  They e-mailed me a return shipping label and I sent the item back in its original packaging. They never acknowledged receipt of the item and I had to call them.  They said they had refunded to my credit card but when I checked they did not refund all my money. They did not refund the original shipping charge. Since it was THEIR mistake I feel they should have refunded everything. Because of this I will not buy from them again.

Very easy to order and track order. Camera did arrive with one small piece that had fallen off. I attributed that to the fact that it was not something really expensive that I purchased. Have not been able to use the camera yet. Hoping it works as they say it does when the time comes.
