I ordered a child's vice adult R TNF Black -LE4 Small Denali jacket by mistake. I called today upon receiving my order and talked to customer service, who took notes and informed me that someone else would be contacting me about reording the correct jacket and how to send this one back. So far i have enjoyed ordering from your webbsite and now need to order the correct size to get my kids off my back and teasing me for not reading what I ordered. Thanks

Honest experience at Rocky Mountain Trail

Dec 12- paid/ordered jacket
Dec 14- recieved email to confirm billing address
Dec 14- replied to email confirming billing address
Dec 16- called customer services to see if item shipped- was told by end of day
Dec 19- called customer service- item was going to be shipped that day
Dec 20- called customer service- was told "sorry" upgraded to 2day air for the trouble
Dec 21-called local number-was told package was shipping today
Dec 21- local number called back informing the item ordered and paid for two weeks earler was no longer in stock.

I had a problem with the online purchase because the confirmation screen didn't come on so I had to re-enter the purchase. I called Customer Service to make sure that the order wasn't entered twice but I had to leave my number because no reps were available. Someone did follow up but I think there should have been enough reps to take the call rather than my leaving a message. Otherwise, all was fine and duplicate entry eliminated.
