PetSmart

Searched at multiple stores, but none carried a holiday collar in younger dog's size (and already purchased other collars for holiday photo shoot).  Assumed that this wouldn't be an issue; went online and ordered item.  Item was not delivered, no notice was left, and item was "returned" to online store.  Item is not available anywhere in district, nor is it now available online.

Petsmart completely failed to provide any sort of appropraite customer service.  Representative from retail store was nice enough, although ultimately unhelpful; online representative was very rude and dismissive.  Thanks for running our holiday photos, Petsmart, and wasting hours of my time.  I won't be using this company ever again.

I ordered 2 large dog gates from Petsmart's on-line store, it took over two weeks for the first one to arrive and the second one took over 3 weeks. Both arrived broken (in the same spot so I dont believe it happened in shipping) I Emailed Petsmart about the broken gates and they said I could return them to the local store for a refund, they failed to mention that they would not return the shipping charges, so I paid $28.00 to recieve BROKEN useless gates!  I suggest reading the fine print on their return policy before buying from them. I will never buy again from Petsmart!

Has anyone noticed that Petsmart has raised their prices?
They have raised all their prices across the board. What they are doing is offering you gift cards now...Really unethical. You think you are getting everyday low prices and a coupon/gift card...they just raised their prices to supplement the gift card..really bad.. They think we the consumer are really that stupid.

Very happy with the personalized collar. Very happy with shipping time. Fast. The other items I ordered were great as well. I would log in couponsavemore.com since it gave me shopping rewards. I would definitely shop this merchant again.

Pathetic.  I paid to upgrade shipping but they didn't send until the 3rd day following the order.  They considered that acceptable.  Their ad is misleading as to whats included.  Shows a picture of 3 items, but only one is included at that price.  I did not read it properly, my bad, but having looked again, I might make the mistake again.  
I won't though since I will never deal with them again.

www.petsmart.com is a wonderful site and not to badly priced. You can certainly find anything you want for you pet. The home page is very well laid out and makes getting around easy. On this site an e catalogue is with the dagat'ma types of animals. It facilitates a search.

Placed my order 10 days ago - status still says "items located in stock". Talked to several reps via phone & email - not helpful at all - they tell me it's too late to cancel... but they can't give me a tracking number.
Terrible service. Should have just drove the 45 minutes to buy the stuff.

Overall experience was very good and the product was close to what I expected. Only disappoint is how loose the bottom portion (plastic portion) of the cage is. This requires ties/tie wraps to be placed in order to keep the tray from sliding out. Otherwise only other comment is it would have been nice for the local PETsMART stores to carry the item or have been able to order the item for local pick-up

Ordered the product, got the product, call me crazy, but isn't this the way it's SUPPOSED to be? Why are our standards such that we give people and companies WAY too much credit for just doing their jobs right? I do think this company does a good job though. Good experience. Attractive, functional website, good product descriptions. I especially appreciate the expedited process to locate and order again items ordered previously. Items took a few days longer to arrive than I expected, but in fairness, there was no target date from PetsMart, so they didn't miss any commitments, just a bit short of my own expectations. Will definitely return to them for similar items needed in the future.

It is extremely helpful to have reviews of various products in order to come to a good decision on whether or not to buy. Usually these comments from other pet owners are right on the money. Warnings about items that do not stand up to wear, etc., are especially appreciated.

Hi. I ordered a flexi leash and was supposed to get a free leash bag attachment. It was not in the order. So I called to see if it could be shipped. The girl from PetSmart helped me and said the item will be shipped. I am waiting arrival of the leash bag. It was supposed to be free with the leash purchase. Your site and service is very good.
